Just when responding to those who aren't coherent to begin with. So they can see how incoherent their posts are.
If no anger, why did Chauvin kill floyd?
I never claimed he killed him due to racism.

So, now he downed all those drugs when he got arrested according to you? When, after he was handcuffed? This is what you call coherent posting?
He lied so much about not being able to breathe, he died. See how coherent your posts are?

No. He was convicted of 3 charges. And even made a plea deal where he has 25 yrs to serve?

yea he's doing everything he can to get as few years as possible, in the meantime he is appealing the original conviction.

They were requiring the attention of the officers trying to carry out their jobs, the people were trying to distract them from that job, that is interference.

Floyd was a man dying and soon to be dead while sitting in the SUV his continued struggle throwing himself out of the police SUV onto the ground only exacerbated that. Why do you never factor that in?

That's a pretty absurd and contrarian argument.

As I said he is accepting a charge and sentence to lessen his years and also to get into a federal prison, desperate men do desperate things. He's already seen how jury has reacted under threat and a civil jury would have little reason to contradict that and place themselves in danger. He wants to go back to square one with a change of venue and hopefully not on camera and a sequestered jury as there should have been in the first trial.

Sorry you think the facts are absurd why do you claim that they are? His heart and pulmonary system was failing back when they had propped him sitting down on the sidewalk when he was complaining he couldn't breath and they were calling the ambulance. He was no longer able to get oxygen into his blood and CO2 out. What is contrarian about it?

Then those cops should not be cops if people standing on a street corner are a distraction.
How do you think people standing on a street corner are interfering?

Go watch the trial again. He was complaining about his inability to maintain his oxygen levels before they even attrempted to place humming the SUV.

Why had the ambulance been called?

Did you even watch the trial????? A crowd surrounding an arrest is ALWAYS a potential threat to the officer and any EMT personnel.

Why had they told the EMT's to do a stop and grab instead of threating Floyd right there? That delayed any threat they might have been able to render and unread theyhad to drive several blocks away.

There's no reason to watch the trial again. The ME's and jury proved the neck kneeling played a part in the death. That's why there was a conviction.

I would guess killing someone over a 9 minute period will always gather a crowd. Therefore, killing one for 9 minutes should be discouraged. Hence the conviction.

Obviously you should watch it again and the fact the knee played no role, it was never in a position to restrict airflow, Floyd was speaking and yelling throughout, he did not die of asphyxiation he died of coronary pulmonary failure.

No guess needed. Why had they told the EMT's to do a stop and grab instead of treating Floyd right there?

~ Good point . This was another example of bad police tactics. What bothers me is that people like Chauvin are allowed to continue wearing a badge.

    That surprises me also.
What surprises me even more are those who think Chauvin was correct in what he did.

What bad tactic by the police? Why did they have to have a tactic anyway the crowd should have backed away and given them plenty of room and no need to have to tell the EMC's they would have to do a grab and go and wait until they could clear the area before beginning full resuscitation efforts.

And so he stood trial for murder, and got convicted for the homicide.
The supporters of Chauvin always drag in irrelevant medical conditions in an attempt to claim that it wasn't Chauvin. The coroner is rather clear with calling it a homicide and Chauvin did it. It looked like you were doing just that what your random Chauvin supporter would say.

That's not a fact. That's your opinion as a fakebook reading amateur.
Fact is: the coroner ruled it's a homicide, and so the cop got convicted for what he did.
Fact is: the cops superior called it murder, and so the cop got convicted for what he did.
