His shirt is about BLM and police brutality unless you can't read. As far as I know, MLK never had a knee on his neck nor knew about BLM.

Truth? If those police officers had used the right kind of persuasion they could have gotten Floyd in the patrol vehicle....

    No, it isn’t

Direct quote me where I said this? Why do you have to fabricate what others have said to make your points?

Maybe you would never accept that a self proclaimed BLM supporter should be able to be a member of the jury in this case. But the thing is, the defense knew it and find it acceptable. So THEY have no ground to want a retrial over it. And he says he was at a MLK gathering, so he did no lie about never been in anti-cop protests.

No cop who took the stand had a favorable view of planting a knee that long on a persons neck who has been cuffed. No doubt they had that view way before the trial ever started. Does that make those cops biased before the trial, or are they expressing their non biased professional view? You bet your butt that it is the latter, and I'm not seeing why nobody else can have that. That is what we're actually talking about and not some personal grudge as what you are suggesting that is going on.

So that 10 minute video meant nothing. It must be black justice that Chauvin got, not just “justice”.

It wont matter what happens here, the right wing crowd will scream that if he is found guilty that it was because of racism by blacks. That 10 minute video showing him slowly killing Floyd while Floyd repeatedly begged for his life, and after the other officers told them they could not find a pulse, and after the Dr’s all testified that he died of asphyxiation, and not drug overdose........

It just doesn’t matter because facts dont matter anymore. It’s all about feelings, and the ultimate irony is that the right in this country are the one professing their “feelings” about the verdict.

The guy in the jury was completely open that he supports BLM, and the defense accepted it.

I think we can agree that because of HOW this tragic thing actually happened, yes, Chauvin is guilty of 2nd-degree manslaughter... but not MURDER!

Did you know that one of the state witnesses, a cop, admitted that he himself used the same technic before, and for as long as it took for the EMT's to arrive. Funnily enough, he didn't know how long that took.

Cops who took the stand all said their thing about that knee in the neck, under oath as their unbiased professional opinion.
I don't see how anybody can be labelled as biased or dishonest when you agree with them.
That's what that "rest of the shirt" is about. How is this suddenly a thing? Can you explain his?

Good to know they're trained in medicine, have their medical license, and years of experience as coroners.

    That's your bias talking.

He lied about it and his activities, allegedly. That was relevant during jury selection. This isn't hard.

If I recall right, you said that before the trial started. I think we both can agree that you would never make in as a member of an impartial jury member in this trial.

    dont forget

both sides must approve of the jurrors

my guess is Chauvins attorneys knew long before the jury selection this guy was lying

but they approved him anyway for a reason to file an appeal..

    chauvin was going down..

I just wonder what his sentence will be

I will guess he is out in 5 years

Read the definition in the MN law. The fact patterns don't match at all.

An MLK gathering that was specifically about police brutality. It was even labeld "Commitment March: Get Your Knee Off Our Necks" LINK: Martin Luther King Jr.'s granddaughter speaks at DC march (nypost.com) Another LINK: George Floyd's brother breaks down at Washington DC protest (nypost.com) And he lied about going to it on the questionnaire. Sounds like Chauvin had a smart lawyer in that case, for sure.

I wonder if he has grounds to sue the lying juror.

So sorry it is a fact that all the cops who took the stand said their thing about that knee in the neck, under oath as their unbiased professional opinion.
It has nothing to do with medical issues. So sorry.

It's not since no cop took the stand under oath disputing this. There was an ex-cop who disputed this. His old police district reacted with basically saying that the guy is a liar. True story.

What activities? He said that he supports BLM. The defense found it acceptable. Sounds more you got a problem with what the defense judged to be acceptable.

Great. They're not expert witnesses on what actually killed Floyd, which is the actual issue. Thanks.

Uh no. The member of the jury was absolutely transparant that he fully supports BLM. The defense accepted this.
As for your link about the MLK protest: there is nothing to be found about police brutality at all. Thank for wasting my time.

As far as I know. It was an ex-cop of the defense who the only one why supported what Chauvin did.
His old police district took the effort to say they disagree with that witness was saying.

That shirt does not say if that knee killed Floyd, it just says the knee shouldn't be there.
So it is indeed great. They're experts of not wanting knees in necks and agree with the text on that shirt.

    There you go.

I always thought once incarcerated a person loses their constitutional rights..like voting for example

    a good question though

let’s see what the internet lawyers say about it

And another cop shot a guy once and he didn’t die, so now shooting a suspect is not deadly ;)

There is an indisputable 10 minute video showing that they killed him.

And if the outcome does change the roles will reverse; everyone celebrating now will turn (or return most likely) to a state of outrage. The only thing that can be done to satisfy the blind nature of true justice is to toss the conviction and vacate charges entirely (including whatever federal charges the DOJ was planning). The mob has tainted this case absolutely and entirely and there is no hope whatsoever of correcting that. At no point in history has justice ever been done when the mob gains power over prosecution, over government, over public opinion (media), and over the jurors themselves. Its simply impossible the only thing we can do is let him go and teach people why we had to so that next time a case like this is tried we can restore confidence in the belief that the evidence willed out, not existential threats.

Yes, I'm sure George Floyd's brother broke down talking about the weather. If you're not going to be honest about what is in the links I provided then don't bother responding at all.

Incorrect. It was the instructor for Minneapolis's PD talking about what he did when he was doing the same job that Chauvin did.

No, there is an indisputable 10 minute video that shows Chauvin using a common technique.
