The Shaky New York Case Against Trump Reeks of Desperation To Punish a Reviled Political Opponent: Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is relying on debatable facts and untested legal theories to transform minor misconduct into a felony.

Selective Prosecution is the opposite of No One Is Above The Law

 

A governor also has a duty to protect one of his states citizens from an illegal prosecution. Bragg has no jurisdiction in regards to federal election campaign financing therefore the statue of limitations applies to the records charge.

Had Trump refused to go to New York and the state of Florida agreed then Bragg could have taken it to court and try to explain his extra-judicial legal theory he is trying to create and see if he could get away with it.

But it is a moot point Trump is going to show up and fight it in court.

 

It would be exactly why DeSantis and the state of Florida would not cooperate. That jurisdiction thingy in the Constitution.

Two things, proximity and accountability. The only crime I've seen so far is how Bragg is handling his shop. The leak is actually a felony. Why ignore that?
