I didn’t vote for Biden, but if I did, I would definitely be regretting it now. Of course, I would probably be saying the same thing if I voted for Trump and he won. I certainly was saying that when I voted for him the first time. I’m going RFK this time, unless someone better comes along. I don’t agree with him on everything, but definitely a lot more than Trump or Biden.
I only regret that the two parties keep giving us such sub-optimal candidates to pick from. I will always support Biden over Trump and, for that matter, Biden over a jellybrain like RFK Jr., but Biden is not ideal at this point. The two parties enjoy a monopoly over political power at the federal level, and that monopoly is no better than a monopoly in the business world. The two parties need competition to be better, not this race to the bottom.
