A recent Sweedish study over 30 years found that those who medically transition have 19 times the risk of suicide. None of these procedures do anything for the mental health of the transgendered. If anything they make it worse. Nothing more than voluntary cosmetic surgeries.

5th amendment is based on unreasonable search and seizures, aka involuntary seizure of property. Subpoenas are voluntary. It requires you to take action. That action can be to comply, appeal to the courts, or ignore the subpoena. But ignoring the subpoena may cause the person to face legal charges such as obstruction of justice.

It is like this. if the owner of the property gives permission for the police to search the premises, the police find something incriminating to the owner of the property, the owner then cannot claim unreasonable search and seizure.

A subpoena has to exist based on probable cause, or reasonable suspicion. They can't be issued at will, willy nilly.

 

Sure it does. There are distinct qualification requirements for these type of groups 501c4. I would suspect the DOJ has reasonable suspicion the group is operating outside their charter. “Create or influence state law” would certainly fall outside their scope. Sure. Most know they’re created to evade campaign finance law, taxation, and utilized for that express purpose but that doesn’t make it right.

Did you read your link? Investigative subpoenas do not rely on the presumption of a crime. It depends on the agency and the reason why a subpoena will be issued. Investigative subpoenas are used more often than you realize and you can attempt to quash the subpoena based on a variety of arguments and let the court decide.
