Do you know what anorexia is? It is a loss of appetite with an obsessive desire to lose weight. Those that have gender dysphoria or any other medical condition can develop that. Some type 2 diabetics can also develop anorexia so that they can lose the weight and hopefully get off the insulin pill or shots. Try not to conflate the two.
