Yet, Biden under his watch managed to get 13 Americans killed as a result of his botched Afghanistan withdraw and BLAMED Trump for it. So make sure Biden hears your sermon (THE BUCK STOPS HERE!) the next time you vote.

Yes, that is assuming it’s another Trump vs. Biden matchup. That’s the last thing most or should I say a majority of Americans want. But since that is what most Americans don’t want, I positive that is exactly what the two major parties will give us. Since when does either major party listen to what most Americans want or wish for?

If you go down to questions 38A and 38G, you’ll see Trump and Biden are even in how independents view them both, favorably/unfavorably. Both way below water. But when it comes to the likeability factor, independents are for the most ambivalent about Biden. 26% like, 32% dislike as a person with 28% neither like nor dislike along with 14% not sure. This poll doesn’t show Trump for a comparison, but in past polls the dislike factor was much higher for Trump. History has shown folks usually won’t vote for someone they dislike.

I do think the bottom line is a good sized majority of Americans don’t want the rematch of Trump vs. Biden. It’s time to move on past these two old foggies. It’s time for a younger generation to step forward.

It's not a complimentary statement to stand behind a guy no matter how destructive he is out pure stubbornness either. Nobody said you have to like Biden if you don't like Trump. I don't like Biden either and I didn't vote for him. I won't vote for him in 2024. In fact, my preferred election outcome is a moderate Republican winning the White House. Biden not being the solution does not make Trump the solution either. Both men are terrible in the way they represent this country and the choices they make when running it. I can look beyond whose team the guy plays for because it's the person that matters most. Who that person is and how they conduct themselves. Not everyone should be a leader and men like Biden and Trump prove it.

Oh, I see you haven't heard. While it wasn't just one thing I'd had in mind, this current indictment over business record fraud wasn't among them; and that should tell you something. I had most of all been referring to his refusal to accept his election defeat, his outlandish claims of voter fraud, attempts to twist arms to win the election, through his own voter fraud, and other schemes he'd been working on, culminating finally on the day that Congress was to certify Biden's victory. Trump had been leaning on V P Mike Pence, to refuse to certify, & so to either get states to send new slates of electors, not based on vote totals, or else to have the decision tossed to the House, in which the Republicans had more states (despite that being fewer total Representatives, at the time).

To turn up the heat on Pence though, Trump had gathered a large crowd, from across the nation, got them riled up to "fight like hell for your country," then aimed them at the Capitol, as the certification was just beginning. This led to a huge assault on the Capitol, which President Trump watched on t.v. for a good couple of hours, before doing anything to encourage his riotous supporters to "go in peace."

So, once more, as with Covid, Trump proved that he cannot be relied upon, in an emergency. And while his emotional immaturity & inability to face reality certainly wouldn't win him any support from those who hadn't voted for him in 2020, it was his clear intent to not accept the result of the vote, but rather subvert the will of the people, which did him the most harm. Since you've mentioned that you prefer shorter posts, I'll only add that his document theft & deceit, has not been a good look, nor is his working campaign slogan, at present, "I am your vengeance," winning him any points.

In summation, since November of 2020, Trump has achieved what few would have believed: shown himself to be far more erratic, untrustworthy, and disdainful of democracy, than he was generally thought to be, after almost 4 years in office.

Yea, that good ole "INSURRECTION" tripe. I've heard it all before. Guess you haven't heard the news -- the kangaroo court failed in its efforts to tie Trump to what is commonly referred to as a riot. Or as the democrats described them in the summer of 2020 -- "Mostly peaceful protest."

I would prefer anyone other than Trump as long as they ran on the same policies that Trump ran on. But if it came down to him and Biden, there's no question in my mind who will get my vote -- and it definitely won't be the pretend "Mr. nice guy."

Abortion rights is an issue that cuts both ways. Gun violence as an issue is overwhelmed by Democrats' weakness on crime.

Given Biden's low approval ratings, I can't believe that the Democrats will nominate him again. Biden is the one Democrat candidate who has the best chance of losing to Trump. Despite her low approval ratings, Kamala Harris would probably beat Trump because of the "she's a Black woman" thing. Sadly there are those who would vote her simply because of her race and gender.

Biden hasn't pulled out yet because once he does, his influence would diminish immediately. I wouldn't give him credit for thinking it through like this, but he doesn't have the mental capacity to do much of anything these days except stumble though a prepared speech. It's very telling that his handlers keep him away from the press and any meaningful questioning.

The abortion issue is going to kill the Republicans at the polls. A majority of Americans think that it is right and just. That is a fact. It will pull far more Democrat voters to the polls and make the difference in a lot of races.

So far as gun violence goes, the Democrats seem to be able to deflect the issue from the shooter to the gun. I think that is totally crazy, but you see over and over. The latest situation in Tennessee is an obvious example. The attention is pulled away from the murderer and to the gun issue. Kamala Harris showed up at the Tennessee Legislature to do just that.

Did she meet with the families of the victims or offer condolences? No. She comes in giggling and hugging the disruptive legislators who used bull horns shout everyone else down.

    That is my view also.

And BTW, here is nothing "nice" about Joe Biden. He is a crooked politician who is on the take, and under that stupid grin is a heart of lead with a strong dislike for many of the American people.

I avoid most links all together. I have spent a fortune getting malware off of my computers. I don't touch anything that doesn't have a green check beside it.

If you can't be bothered to make your point in your own words, there nothing to be gained from your canned responses.

Providing any link should only support your opinion, not make it for you. I consider it intellectual laziness when that's all a post contains.

Yes, but do our votes count in some states? I am beginning to wonder.

A little more detail. (Which I would not have known)

Okay. He was “Seal support”. They used to say it takes 50 troops to get a carton if ammo to the front lines.
DeSantis so far is my back up candidate if the democrats knock Trump off. And BTW, I’m glad he doesn’t brag about it.

Well, if you want to destroy the futures of millions, Biden is your boy.
No more diesel, natural gas, or gasoline for you. AND you are going to subsidize every EV built, and the supply chain is going to freeze up due to lack of infrastructure.
Biden is the first president advocating running our economy on BS.

Oh, they count our votes, but how many more do they add from outside sources? There have been instances where there one more votes cast than their people in the district. It's not new. It happened one time when Lyndon Johnson was elected in Texas.

    I concur.
Interesting though, how his campaign keeps bringing in the big bucks. He's up to 12 million now.
I think people are seeing through the sham indictments, plus many are simply unhappy with the job Biden has done. He brought in OVER a million per day! 3-30 thru 4-5 :eyepopping:

Trump campaign rakes in over $12 million since indictment announcement, sells photoshopped 'mugshot' T-shirt | Fox News
