Fake News. He was guilty the instant he committed the crime. In our system we will only remove his rights if the charges are proven to a jury beyond a reasonable doubt, or he pleas. But he doesn't become guilty at that moment. Same goes for all the other dirtbags he was working with to perpetuate this fraud, in service to the Left, on the American People.

That's not a refutation of the fact that he billed his Alfa Bank work to the Dirtbag Clinton Campaign, that is an explanation for why he billed the Clinton Campaign for his Alfa work!

All billings are for documentation purposes. One is documenting what they are paying you for.

He seems to using the defense that he lied when billed the Dirt Bag Clinton Campaign for the time he spent presenting this pack of lies to the FBI. If that's the best he can come up with, even after a lot of time in consultation with his lawyers, that's essentially an admission. He should probably just plead.

The folks downstream in time, so not up against the SOL, I should think their navels are beginning to pucker.

Gee. You've changed your tune.

Nope. Just a pack of lies being peddled by a Dirtbag in the service of a bunch of other dirtbags in service of the Left's multi-year attack on Trump.

You mean you aren't supposed to use your security access to dig up dirt on political opponents? Who knew?

So the Trump Russian Aloha Bank story was not only complete bullshit, it leads straight back to the Hillary Clinton campaign. Got it.

All Fake News.

The Indictment of Hillary Clinton’s Lawyer is an Indictment of the Russiagate Wing of U.S. Media.

It has long been known that the Trump/Alfa-Bank story was a fraud. A report issued in December, 2019 by the DOJ’s Inspector General revealed that “the FBI investigated whether there were cyber links between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, but concluded by early February, 2017 that there were no such links.”
Completely debunked.
Dirtbags through and through.

Dirtbags through and through.
But the beauty is that the fraudsters knew from the start that it was such crap that it would never fly with anyone with any sense.
“How do we plan to defend against the criticism that this is not spoofed traffic we are observing? There is no answer to that. Let’s assume again that they are not smart enough to refute our ‘best case scenario.’ You do realize that we will have to expose every trick we have in our bag to even make a very weak association.”

Yup. "Dirtbags through and through"

Nothing lower and more contemptible than a dirtbag felon who has lied their way into a badge and a gun. I hope this is the first step toward cleaning all this crap out of the FBI/DOJ but, it's long past time for a little less talk and lot more action.

Think about the state of all our institutions.
The FBI/DOJ, the military, education, major media, entertainment, social media, Government - Local, State & Federal, ... if you get the right people to the top you can do a lot of damage.

I admit I miss the old place too. But I take some pride in the fact that I was booted simply because of my views. I have found a home here.

They've been making staff changing lately ... mostly not good. And I still don't know what got you booted. You do still get mentioned, though.

She colluded with her lawyer to break the law. She CONSPIRED with her attorney to break the law. I think that included deceiving the FISA court.

Once again, conspiracy theory has been shown to be conspiracy fact.

As one who did not vote for Trump, I did not need this petty indictment to know that the Russiagate affair was another scam.

I suspect this is just the tip of an iceberg. It doesn't take 30 or so pages to indict someone for simply lying to the FBI.

Yup.
The beauty of the indictment is not the single charge against Sussman but rather the 26 pages that exposed the fraudulent collusion story and some of the people involved.
The sad part is that while you can't lie to the FBI, you can perpetrate a political fraud on the public ... with lots of help.

Pulling out more threads.
John Durham Dissects a Smear Campaign

George Parry, The American Spectator

". . . Now hit the pause button and consider this. These examples — as with so many other averments in the indictment — quote Perkins Coie’s billing records as well as emails between Sussmann, Elias, and others. They are direct, real-time, and devastating proof of overt acts and statements made in the course and in furtherance of the illegal but thus-far uncharged conspiracy outlined in the indictment. The fact that Durham has obtained this type of closely-guarded evidence speaks to his skill, tenacity, and seriousness of purpose, and spells serious legal trouble for all those who participated in concocting and spreading the Trump-Alfa Bank smear. . . . "

Curiouser and curiouser.
Is Durham Circling Jake Sullivan?

Jonathan Turley

Last month Washington was rocked by the indictment of Michael Sussman, former counsel for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee, for his alleged role in spreading a false Russia conspiracy theory. Special counsel John Durham — who is variously described as either painfully methodical or positively glacial as a prosecutor — reportedly was prompted to indict Sussman by an expiring statute of limitations.

Absent such a deadline involving Sussman, it seems unlikely that Durham would have disclosed as much as he did in the indictment. The reason is that he is likely focusing on other possible targets and witnesses. That could include the most notable figure exposed in the Sussman indictment: Jake Sullivan. . . .
