And diversion noted and no I was no in on the printing of the emails which are public documents anyway, except for the classified that were supposed to be in the national archives and were not fake documents.

 

Yeah, the Meier book Spooked mentioned that Sussman (Perkins Coie) and Simpson (Fusion GPS) "alerted" Steele (dossier fame) of "alleged" communications between Trump servers and the Russian "Alfa Bank" servers. Subsequently Simson peddled the story to the media and eventually Slate couldn't resist so they went with it.
I suppose Sussman either tried to spin the tale to the FBI or denied he ever tried. A lie either way and the FBI normally doesn't like that but it does further show the deep DNC/Hillary involvement..

I have said all along if the reports are true and yes the government cannot legal sanction him until it is proven in court. Got it?

The fact is he has NOT denied the statements being attributed to him. If you have a cite where he did please post it. So if those statements are true he was insubordinate and violated the UCMJ. Do you disagree? If so why?

 

I think their opposition research showed lots of ties to Russia…the same nation who was meddling to help trump. So they did their civic duty and notified LE. What they did with that info was up to them.
The dnc server didn’t have any classified emails on it that I’m aware of.

What's even more crazy is Obama was briefed the Clinton campaign was attempting to start a campaign attempting to tie Russian collusion to Trump. It's getting more interesting the bank that the Clinton campaign was pushing as proof of trump collusion, is suing steel in England and his testimony in the case was that he got the details for the dossier from the lawyer of the clinton campaign. In the indictment it also talks about how the lawyers warned the clinton campaign that it couldn't stick because there's nothing there and it would expose their techniques and methods to smear political opponents. Now Jake Sullivan is on the hook because of his testimony in front of congress that pushed the fake narrative about the secret server showing Trump ties to russia. It will be interesting once done but I fully expect Biden to kill this so the dems can save face.

"Tech Executive-I had exploited his access to non-public data at multiple Internet companies to conduct opposition research concerning Trump; (ii) in furtherance of these efforts, Tech Executive-I had enlisted, and was continuing to enlist, the assistance of researchers at a U.S.-based university who were receiving and analyzing Internet data in connection with a pending federal government cybersecurity research contract; and (iii) SUSSMANN, Tech Executive-I, and Law Firm-1 had coordinated, and were continuing to coordinate, with representatives and agents of the Clinton Campaign with regard to the data and written materials that SUSSMANN gave to the FBI and the media."

"On or about September 15, 2016, Campaign Lawyer-1 exchanged emails with the Clinton Campaign's campaign manager, communications director, and foreign policy advisor concerning the Russian Bank-1 allegations that SUSSMANN had recently shared with Reporter-"

Takes one to get the ball rolling doesn't it. Still haven't read the indictment? Lots of deceits going on by lots of people. So much the "researchers" were questioning why they were being ordered to use government confidential information to search for campaign dirt.

The indictment confirms that the information was indeed false, and that Sussmann hid his own collusion with the Clinton campaign as he passed it to the FBI.
