Still arguing the 2nd Amendment protects the right to own and use nuclear-tipped cruise missiles, eh?

As you know, the 2nd Amendment does not protect every possible use of a firearm.

The second amendment allows for the right to bear arms. It says nothing about its uses however it is always legal to bear arms no matter the scenario

Heller got it wrong. No government has the right to infringe on arms. Wether it’s commonly used or not, it’s still an arm and is protected from infringement. Heller got some right but they got some wrong to.

It is not legal to use a firearm in a bank robbery, and the 2nd does not protect you if you do so.

It’s not legal to rob a bank and nothing in the constitution permits it. Good grief you really think we think it’s legal to rob a bank? It’s legal to bear in a bank unless otherwise stated by the bank right? You can bear arms period and it is protected. A carry concealed can carry in a bank and it’s legal so long as the bank permits it. Robing a bank using your finger to simulate a gun isn’t legal because you’re robbing a bank lmao.

Scalia knew that if he said all gun regulations (especially at the state level or the GCA of 68's ban on felons owning guns) were unconstitutional, the Heller decision would have gone against gun owners because an erratic Justice Kennedy was wavering

    So your statement:
...it is always legal to bear arms no matter the scenario...
    Is false.
    Thank you

No it’s not false, because it’s never legal to rob a bank which I did not claim it ever was

I don’t care the logic. It was an unconstitutional ruling

Clearly it is. I never claimed robbing a bank is legal did I. Bearing arms in a bank is legal.

    You stated:
The second amendment allows for the right to bear arms. It says nothing about its uses.
"Bearing arms", as we see, does not include every conceivable use of or for a firearm.
And so, the 2nd --does- say something about its uses.

Bearing arms is not a “use”… what is so hard to understand here. We can bear arms and any restriction on that right is unconstitutional period

Provide an example of bearing arms that does not involve the use, or intent to use, of that arm.

    You asked:
The second amendment mentions common uses?
Yes. Those that fall under "bearing arms".

Keep and Bearing arms is having on your person and the ability to own. Does not mean any actions

How else can you challenge something’s unconstitutionality? The Supreme Court can not change the constitution they do not have that power. If they ruled that a ar-15 confiscation was constitutional I still would not turn in my guns. They would have to kill me to get them.
