Excusing Trayvon

This is the biggest joke of all as I detailed in my "Smell test" thread.

Z observed TM for a whole 3-5 seconds as he drove by him. In that period of time Z claims all the above PLUS profiling TM as a thief and burglar.

Z saw a black kid he didn't like and called the cops...everything else he made up.

You are very good at speculating but not very good at giving evidence to back up your speculative theories...sorry in a court of law your speculations are no good.

 

....where the best defense money can buy is in play. This is true. In reality, mostly only the poor person goes to jail. Increase that number exponentially if you're poor AND black.

 

Well, all that money certainly did not help the prosecution in their persecution. Let's see, Zimmerman, out of work, or the State. Which do you think had the bank roll?

 

Judging by the glee with which many Zimmerman supporters embraced George for killing Trayvon, quite a few people think so.

 

That is not what they found at all. The found that the evidence did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he had committed the elements of the crimes charge.

What matters is that the law should be changed so that people like Zimmerman don't go out and unnecessarily kill someone and not be held accountable for it.

In Zimmerman's shoes, he should have let the police handle it. As the NW rules say.

Don't make up facts to try to villify Martin. That is lame and makes me wonder why you have such a bias against him that you'd be so unfair.

If that was all he did I'd have no beef with his actions.

To the contrary, for reasons I've stated many times.

I never said that was a fault. I will note that other NW rules, like the one that Windago linked to, explicitly state that people on NW must not be armed with a gun. Such a rule is very wise, IMO, and this case amply illustrates why.

He didn't need it at all had he done what he was supposed to and let the police handle it. I'm speculating here, but it is probable in my mind that if Zimmerman had not had a gun he would not have gone after Martin behind the buildings on the drizzily darkening evening. And none of this would have happened.

 

Because there really was no evidence at all to prove 2nd degree murder, but what evidence they did have that was presented to them proved to them that George acted in self-defense.

 

Face it, this is all about the left wing obsession with race. Few of the Trayvon supporters actually care about him.

Well, he did call the non emergency no. to get the cops out there and so from the get go he was following the rules. Furthermore he was aiding the dispatch operator by answering questions and giving instructions as to where he wanted to meet with the responding officers.

 

Along with the operator asking where the suspect went. The Zimmerman lynch mob like to ignore that because it does not fit their racial profiling of the case.

Is it true that it was called iced tea because the State believed being truthful wasn't the best idea or in its best interest?

He was following the rules just fine until he got out of truck to go after Martin and killed him with his gun.

And Trevon was doing great until he decided to attack George.

nope. says the four minute lapse in time and the marks on Georges head and broken nose and the accounts according to Trevon's own witness.

 

Yeah...says George. He coulda punched himself to make it look good (in fact, that's probably exactly what he did). We have only OJZ's story. The other version was killed.

 

Pure speculation. The evidence and the jury both say "Not Guilty"

 

Yes he could have however, he is not Jason Bourne but rather a frumpy Neighborhood Watch guy so please keep your diatribes within reality thanks.
