Its simple if your a Christian then your disavow and don't believe in the Hindu gods and goddesses, native peoples gods and goddesses and so forth say there are 100 faiths with 100 gods or goddesses, including Christianity you believe in just one and not the other 99 so your affectively an Atheist to the other 99. Atheists just rule out the lot of them say none are proven, none therefore exist.

Religions are like sports teams, the location you are born determines what team you cheer for. Atheists and Agnostics make up over 14% of the population. Christians make up about 33% of the population. So is 66% of the worlds population going to hell? I thought god loves us all, and Jesus died for our sins? What about isolated tribes that have never heard of Christianity, are they forsaken as well? What about babies that die before they have a chance to be baptized or say a prayer or comprehend what religion is before they die? Are they doomed to eternal damnation?

Or lets discuss the paradox between free will and god having absolute control. It cannot be both. Why doesn't he stop tragedies and innocent people form dying?

That's a classic misinterpretation of the definition.

Atheists don't believe in any god.

I believe in a god, my God, therefore, I am not an Atheist. If a Hindu believes in a god, whether or not it is my God, they are not an Atheist.

Atheists in the US don't represent atheists world wide. Nor do Christians in the US represent all Christians throughout the world.

Former atheist Howard Storm…. during his meeting with the Being of Light… felt "lost" and asked to be thrown down again into the less than wonderful place he had seen… but the Being of Light convinced him that he belonged in a much better place!

What logic do you use to lump together Atheists and Agnostics? That's like combining the Tea Party with Moderates.

It doesn't make a difference to the point I was making. I thought it was a interesting additional statistic.

I didn't have to put them together I suppose.

Can you answer any of the questions for me. I could use some clarification.

Actually, it's like combining the Tea Party with people who like cheese.

Like I said.... You can use this to distract from my questions or points.

But it really had nothing to do with my point, it was just additional info.

I wasn't objecting to your post, but rather the idea that agnosticism and atheism are mutually exclusive.

Ok. Great point. My question was about the 66% if the world who are supposedly going to hell because they are not Christians.

But you gave an out for those challenged at answering questions. They pick the meaningless point and make it an issue so they can avoid the real meat of a post.

BTW - 33% claim christian. But very doubtful, 1/2 of those get to that eternal paradise. Afterall the road is very narrow.

No doubt he will find them to be HEATHENS. These may be spared if they are wise enough to accept that their religion and culture is utterly evil. Otherwise they will be subsumed in the great fire that awaits those of us that are "Lost" to Satan

Could you elaborate? 66% of the world population is not Christian. Why aren't they going to hell if they have no Christian faith?

Maybe you could help me learn, instead of just saying "no" without any sort of explanation.

I believe the life Jesus led is the way. Accepting him in the literal sense does nothing,

I am confused. How does this answer why non-believers are not going to hell. Will someone avoid hell, even if they don't believe in god?

Believing in God is a good start, but it doesnt guarantee nor exclude anyone from following the path Jesus led. I would argue it is nearly impossible, but not an impossibility.

So it is highly probable that 2/3 of the world population is going to hell? Right?

It is sad to think that so much of the world will go to hell. Perhaps the dead will rise when hell is full, in a zombie apocalypse.

Just so I understand your view, if an agnostic/ atheist studies the words and actions of Christ as presented in the New Testaments, because he admires Jesus as a philosopher and teacher of morality, and works hard to incorporate the teachings into his daily life much like a Christina might, but absolutely rejects the notion of Jesus as the son of God, the notion of a virgin birth, of Jesus as a miracle worker, or his resurrection or any suggestion of Jesus as a holy figure. Will he avoid hell, or even make into Heaven, assuming he is a very good hard-working sincere secular Christian?

I am very close to describing the behavior of my Dad, by the way.

Ok, I read your first post again. It said nothing about non-Christians. They are the ones going to hell, correct?

Obviously I am not the judge, but yes. Imo everything else is details. The end result is most likely the goal.
