No...I think Large Government is a Cluster F#@%.

But I do think that after the horrors that occurred to millions of Americans who lost their 401K's and investments because of GREED on Wall Street shows us we cannot allow heavy deregulation.

As well....if the Republicans EVER AGAIN want to win the Presidency....they have got to buy a LARGE SHARP KNIFE and cut out the CANCER which is the Religious Right.....the Pro-Life Extremists....Granting large Lending Institutions BAILOUTS.....and stop LYING TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

I suppose half the country would say we need a party that respects the values of the Religious Right, abhors the killing of unborn babies and detests lobbyists influencing legislation that ends up benefiting those large lending institutions politicians pretend to hate.

Take away presidential candidates who pretend to hate big business, but as soon as elected, proceed to bail out those same big businesses.

Ahhh yes, if only one party could satisfy all our needs, there wouldnt be a need for political forums like this one, huh?

Well, at least they make an effort to be fair and balanced. Better then all the other major networks, and especially the huffington post!

 

It is obvious that various FOX news reports and shows along with various MSNBC reports and shows and that woman's show there...a Rachel Meadows?....well she is what comes into being when you have such idiots as Rush and Hannity and others spouting nonsense from the Right thus you get balance by getting nonsense from the left.

Personally I have a great revulsion for anyone who cannot think for themselves thus they need to waste their own time watching such shows.

The facts are both parties have a very large number of morons on each side.

First, Rush and Hannity aren't idiots. They have the number 1 and number 2 radio shows, respectively. A moron can't do that.

Isn't one of the main reasons we have a Democracy so we can listen, debate, and learn from each other? That's why I listen to pundits. Better talk politics with them then alienate my friends who I'm sure are pretty left.

Don't get me wrong. I get my news from many sources: The Wall Street Journal, The Oregonian (very left wing), Fox, and also CNN.

Of course! I'm not an ideologue.

No one. That's why I don't watch Maddow or Matthews.

 

Remember the VAST number of Americans are MODERATES whether they vote Republican or Democrat and just because a percentage of Ultra-Right or Left wing American's watch such shows or listen IS ABSOLUTELY NO INDICATION OF THE ACTUAL IDEOLOGY AND BELIEFS OF THE VAST MAJORITY OF AMERICANS.

We basically get a good laugh out of such things.

I honestly try to watch Faux News sometimes and they are so wrong on the facts of most stories and they are so slanted and nonobjective that I just want to scream YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THE #### YOUR TALKING ABOUT and throw something at the TV. They filter and spin every news item then report it !!!!!!!

 

I didn't allege that. I will say, however, that you'll find Fox's audiance is much more diverse in terms of political affiliation then any of the liberal networks.
