    I would think the recording laws would be the laws in her State, not the other person's State

    My State is a one party Consent law, which means it's legal to record as long as one of the parties consent - do not think that changes based on who calls you

    Maybe! but it would also be very easy to shut me up by pointing out to me how covid was exploited to do this with mail in ballots (an obvious fact you folks choose to conveniently ignore)

    We've had mail-in ballots for years in my state. You want to blame mail-in ballots, go ahead. Don't blame Trump's poor debate performance, where he even started debating the moderator. Don't blame Trump's rhetoric that he wouldn't agree to accept the results of the election. Don't blame Trump's $8 Trillion in debt over 4 years, the highest in US history. As far as COVID, Trump denied COVID for far too long in the first several months, which made the problem a lot worse than it should have been. So if you want to make COVID/mail-in the reason, then you can also blame Trump.

    The object of a trial is to prove the defendant is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If that doesn't happen, then the defendant is innocent.

    But, it's another impropriety to add to Fatty's long list of improprieties.
