This allegation is both hilarious and ironic.

The law at the center of the allegation is the same on Linda Tripp serially violated when she secretly taped her calls with Monica Lewinsky.

Plea agreements are rejected all the time. Hunter's plea agreement was rejected because it was a travesty.
