It's real interesting how some of the people who have routinely defended other people who were unarmed being shot dead by law enforcement are so angry about this man's death. Very telling.

BTW, this man let it be known publicly that he wouldn't be taken alive. He got just what he wanted really. He likely had some serious mental issues. very sad.

 

No one seems to want to address the question of the FBI showering the vehicle with over 100 rounds, do they? Nor mentions the only shots fired were by the FBI - despite it not even alleged a firearm was displayed by any of them including the women huddled on the floorboard of the SUV. But for the vehicle having been at an angle, they would all be dead, as I believe was the goal.

The F.B.I. doesn't really want this to look reserved and reasonable. They wanted a lesson taught. Seize government property and the government will kill you - a right no other property owner has. That is the lesson the F.B.I. wanted to taught to everyone.

ALL of the other thugs emerged from the "militia"-mobile safe and uninjured with their hands held UP*UP*UP … and they were taken into custody without incident …
They will have their days in court, and almost certainly a few years in prison …

 

I can think of two things straight away. First, they were involved in the armed seizure & occupation of a Federal Government building. I assume that is a crime in the US and I'm guessing there are a number of charges stemming from that action. Second, a number of those in the vehicles had criminal convictions that precluded them from owning or possessing firearms (virtually everyone in the cars has a criminal record, most have committed multiple offences). These guys have been parading around with guns or posting images of themselves with guns on the net for some time no. Either or both of those are enough to pull the vehicles over. Speeding away from a police stop & from a pursuit is also a crime, and I'm guessing that endangering the lives of officers at the roadblock (one was nearly injured by the car) is one too.

Everyone who stayed in their vehicle & surrendered to police when instructed to is alive. The guy who decided to speed away from a police stop, attempted to run a roadblock, exited the vehicle & then reached for his waistband when armed police were aiming at him is dead.

So, your argument is, if you post a picture of yourself with a gun you can get pulled over for it? Can you cite that law? Ive never heard of that.
Secondly without the audio, what it looks like to me is and correct me if Im wrong but he put his hands up in the air first, then it looks like he was given an order which he was attempting to comply with, and when he did he was shot. Someone who is going to shoot at police doesn't put his hands up then grab for his gun. Weve seen similar videos here before. On those the left called the cops murderers so Im wondering what is different about this victim than the others in the same situation.

I am very consistent regardless of the color of the one killed.... if the suspect made the cop fear for his life, it was a justified shoot, regardless if the threat was actually determined to be real or not after the fact

example, the child shot because he had a toy gun, justified shoot, even though after the fact we know there really was no valid threat as it was a toy gun
