Yes just delete the parts of my post that are inconveniently true - and launching an Ad Hom will never win an argument

And it STILL remains that you cannot answer the question - how many of the mass shootings have been stopped by armed civilians?

I have found a list - but it is STILL a fraction of the total of mass shootings

Seems your only concern is mass shootings and not murder in general... Strange.

kids killed by liberal women by abortion----------3300 in one DAY

kids killed by semi automatic rifles-----------321 in the last ten YEARS

If you are really concerned about the lives of children, seems like the focus is on the wrong thing.

    a) not "kids" - potential maybe but not actual
    b) not all women having abortions are liberal
    c) you betcha I am concerned about the lives of children who are actually here rather than those that might never be

Strange that you should get that impression given the amount of posts I have made on firearm homicide in general over the last 4 months or so

But yet when trying to deny something you mentioned firearm homicide and not murder in general. Thank you for proving my point.

Fascinating you would contend that 'stopping' a mass shooting in progress is of some equivalence to prevention. To wit, the numbers are clear that even the stopping of shootings by armed civilians, is problematic for the pro gun lobby.

It's impossible to know how many more people someone planned on killing unless they leave a note....assuming someone killed them before anyone else could be harmed .

They are not "kids", otherwise these women would be in jail.

    Exaggerate much?

If you were truly concerned for children, you would not support the repeal of Obamacare. Millions of babies/children die each year due to lack of healthcare.
So before you blow your own fake horn, digest that.

Looking at the thread just proves that the OP is defending guns! Maybe you need to comprehend the thread.

How many recent mass shootings were in areas that guns were actually allowed on the premises? THAT's the point.

Can you legally carry a gun in that movie theater? Nope.
Can you carry in a school? Nope.
Could they even be carried at that part of the base in Fort Hood? Nope.
    At Virginia tech? Nope

How many mass shootings occur at gun ranges where you could technically mow a whole bunch of people down very quickly before anyone even knew what was going on? Think about it.

They "would" have become kids. Just like a sperm "would" become a kid if it were allowed to connect with an egg instead of dying inside a condom.

half of a kid. my cells are my cells as long as they are just my cells. once they become part of another human, i'm responsible for that other human because i am a part of them.

To each his own I guess. This isn't the abortion forum though so we'll just leave it at that.

No, but they were not "persons" at least not in the first trimester, when most elective abortions are done.

Do you call eggs chickens because that is what they can become?
