Correct. The Mueller/Rosenstein investigation is a based on an artful fraud.

I doubt Stormy Daniels hush money or those Access Hollywood tapes have anything to do with Russian collusion, but who knows, maybe Mueller is onto something.

Only a moron would believe that the Russians wanted Trump elected. The democrats stood down as Russia invaded it's neighbors. Obama stopped the placement of missiles in Turkey. Obama gave Syria to the Russians. Obama gave billions to Russia's ally Iran. The Russians gave 145 million to the Clinton Foundation. The Russians paid Bill Clinton a half mill for a speech. The democrats gave control over 20% of our uranium to the Russians. The Democratic party is so far left is it essentially the Socialist party. No one with a thinking brain would say the Russians wanted any change.

When HRC pushed that Russian reset button for Obama many on the hard Left gagged.

“So, here it is. For the typical 99%’r American, the camel’s back has broken by the last straw sourced in Washington so many times the camel doesn’t even have what you’d refer to as a spin anymore.

“The Clinton’s need to have their assets seized, Giustra needs to arrested, and at a minimum racketeering charges need to pursued against the whole damn bunch of ‘em….BEFORE IT GETS REPEATED WITH, SAY, THE TPP.
Hillary needs to face charges of Espionage for her e-mail. And if guilty, like with Edward Snowden, all options for disposition of her miserable guilty ass should be on the table including the death penalty.” http://www.thomhartmann.com/users/t...agreements-get-access-taxpayer-money-and-enri

Yes - D’s hate fracking whilst Trump facilitates it which reduces the global price of natgas and does economic harm to Russia.

We can only speculate on the crimes Mueller thinks Trump's personal lawyer may have committed, from what has been reported we know Cohen was involved in paying the stripper "hush money", that he pressured or bought off tabloids and their sources to suppress negative reporting on Trump and was involved in preventing dissemination of those "Access Hollywood" tapes, none of this seems that serious to me. It has also been reported that Cohen sold properties at tremendously inflated prices, so much so it is suspected there is indicia of money laundering, that is more serious, but I haven't seen anything explaining how these transactions are related to Trump. Long ago it was reported Cohen met in Prague with Russian intelligence agents, but he submitted documentation (his passport) unquestionably establishing he had not been in Prague.

Frankly I think Mueller is trying hard to find evidence of Trump's collusion with Russia to defeat Hillary, but that there actually isn't any. Mueller is investigating everyone who ever had anything to do with Trump and finding they all have engaged in questionable transactions which he threatens to prosecute unless they disclose evidence of this collusion which never happened and some of them admit basically procedural malfeasances, that they didn't properly fill out some forms, didn't enumerate or properly document every transaction in compliance with various arcane regulations. These are technically crimes, but more like infractions, the issue for the accused is that compliance costs them money, fines and additional disbursements they avoided by not including everything.

In all of Mueller's investigating, the closest one gets to that proverbial "smoking gun" is with Manafort, Gates and Page, who at various times over the past decade were involved in different ways with advocacy for the former ruler of Ukraine (Yanukovych) who is said to be a Putin puppet. This is the strongest evidence of collusion; it is hypothesized Manafort, Gates and/or page, by virtue of their paid advocacy for Yanukovych, secured Putin's material support for Trump when they subsequently joined his campaign, and that in exchange for this material support convinced Trump to remove from his platform calls to maintain sanctions against Russia for intervention in Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea.

I want to see evidence of this. Viktor Yanukovych fled to Russia from Ukraine in February 2014, at that time any advocacy on his behalf by Manafort, Gates or Page would be over and President Trump did not announce his candidacy until June 16, 2015. I doubt Putin anticipated Trump's candidacy and cultivated Manafort, Gates and/or Page to leverage a deal with Trump, they joined Trump's campaign in February or March 2016 (two years after Yanukovych was ousted). It is possible Manafort, Gates and/or Page influenced Trump in dropping calls for sanctions against Russia, but I suspect this would more likely be due to their own interests than acting on Putin's instructions.

“Well Podesta should certainly have been more upfront in filling this out. Clearly, it should have been fully disclosed,” said Craig Holman, a lobbyist for the liberal group Public Citizen which was founded by Ralph Nader. “That’s the point of the personal financial disclosure forms, especially for anyone entering the White House,” he told TheDCNF in an interview.

It is far easier to find Clinton "collusion" with Russia.

“If the transfer of stock took place, it had to be disclosed,” added former U.S. Attorney Joseph DiGenova in an interview. “If he didn’t, clearly it’s a violation.”

"The same year Podesta joined Joule, the company agreed to accept 1-Billion-Rubles — or $35 million — from Rusnano, a state-run and financed Russian company with close ties to President Vladimir Putin.
Anatoly Chubais, the company CEO and two other top Russian banking executives worked together with Podesta on the Joule boards. The board met six times a year.”

Collusion is not conspiracy. And there is no evidence of collusion.

You wrote... If true so what ??... and that ends up with conspiracy against the United States.
And we got a direct link between Russian intelligence and the Trump campaign.
So that's thick black smoke, and you know it.

And now they raid on Trumps lawyer.
Time for him to start a massive war and deflect all the attention.

The link between Russia intelligence and the Trump campaign is there, with the conviction of that Dutch lawyer who arranged it. So much for claiming it's a conspiracy.
