    Here is something interesting about DeAngelo who was a California police officer and a Navy veteran.

    DeAngelo's father was a US Army Sergeant stationed in Germany. One day when DeAngelo was 8 or 9 years old saw US Army soldiers rape his seven year old sister. So the same pattern: military, police, police military, military, police, military-police....ect.

    "DeAngelo was born on November 8, 1945, in Bath, New York to Joseph James DeAngelo Sr., a U.S. Army Sergeant, and Kathleen Louise DeGroat. He has two younger sisters, and a younger brother. A relative reported that when DeAngelo was 9 or 10 years old he witnessed his 7-year-old sister being raped by two airmen in a warehouse in West Germany, where the family was stationed at the time.[23]"
