    It was midnight and a riot which she voluntarily joined and then interfered with law enforcement. And is she complaining she was treated the same as a man?

    "Kristiansen is facing two misdemeanors: assault on a federal officer and failing to obey a lawful order. Assault on a federal officer is a class A misdemeanor that carries up to 1 year in prison. The other charge is a petty offense, or class C misdemeanor."

    What a farce. This large federal police force facing violent rioters arrests a lawyer for a misdemeanors.

    If they haven't arrested hundreds for solid felonies by now they might as well be withdrawn to the DC swamp.

    Steele is doing us a big favor. If they burn Federal property every taxpayer in the country will be on the hook to fix it, if they go somewhere else it will be the Oregon taxpayers alone that will have to pay to fix it.

    Let Protesters Protest
    Nowhere near Federal Property
    No Federal LO
    Anybody caught performing violence, property damage, or looting arrested by local police.
    Ask for nearby police assistance from other nearby cities if additional bodies needed.
    Attempt to provide fixes for what the protesters are asking for by talking to the protest leaders, in person if possible..
    Listen to advisers who have dealt with things like this in the past
    Let it die down of natural causes, which it was very close to doing

    I bet she was screaming bloody murder the entire time getting arrested til she was housed in a jail cell probably screaming all night screaming at them of every single injustice on planet earth. If she was given food, she would be screaming about how they tried to poison her. The alleged sexual assault probably happened when they had to press her finger to the screen for finger print. Even tho they touched her finger with a gloved hand, she considered that act as a sexual assault because that is the finger she uses for her own satisfaction.

    So you'd do things completely different than what the Dem politicians are doing then, right?

    Because that's the whole point we've been making, the Dem politicians are doing it completely wrong, and that's why the Feds are needed.

    You realize that the protest leaders are mentally ill incels living in their parent's basements, right? Every night they leave their parent's upper middle class suburb to burn and loot somebody else's property. These are people so unimaginative they could never fathom that the looting and burning could ever come to their neighborhood. The negotiation should be whether they pay for the damage they did or spend time in prison. Rewarding terrorism should not be on the table.

    Okay, so if C- students Mayor Ted and the Governor refuse to protect federal property, what then? Would you just surrender the property to the rioters?

    What tactics would you use if local authorities refused to do what needed to be done?

    And the article reveals that others picked up were released without charges.
    The video shows a great deal of violence and arson during the riots.
    Where are the well documented felony arrests?
    I mean - assuming the law enforcement effort is more than just a phony show - where are all the jailed felons?

    It is beginning to look like a slow motion surrender.
    When law enforcement cannot manage to arrest felons who are caught in the act on camera you have to wonder why they bothered to show up at all.
