They are. And yelling at a funeral in progress that their family died in battle is a revenge from God against the US for accepting homosexuality is protected under the 1st amendment according to the supreme court. So in one way, it's all fair under the same laws. Than again, the US is a country of the unwanted possibilities.

I notice that you have absolutely no evidence to support your wild conspiracy theory. How very typical of you.

Care to show a post or two of yours being upset at the armed protests outside children’s events at public libraries?

    I must have missed it.

I love the personal insults being levied because I said I hope something happens that your side is has been doing for years.

It’s laughable. But I enjoy a good laugh so I won’t even bother to report it LOL

In the specific context of your OP and the militant RW response to these venues, what could possible go wrong?

What a load of horseshit this decision is...

    SNIP
“Keep in mind, moreover, that the goal of the plaintiffs is not to harass or protest, whether loudly or violently. The point of their speech is to offer a compassionate ear,”
    ENDSNIP

Wake the **** up, moron.... If the clinic wants the "compassionate ears" moved back, they're obviously a nuisance to clients...

Frankly, it's sort of amazing this clinic isn't yet in ashes, since that's the preferred MAGA method to oppose medical centers they disagree with...

    Exactly

These people will not understand or care until people take the protests to the front door of their places of worship.

I hope they receive exactly what they are doing to others. They will go from playing dump to screaming they are the victim.

Perhaps some of the pre-teens being forced to give birth should visit some local churches to offer a "compassionate ear"..... if they can find a babysitter for the baby they didn't want....

Maybe those churches will offer to fund the child that was not wanted - that was and is a big complaint about “crisis pregnancy centres” - they “talked the woman out of abortion” promised all sorts of support which only lasted the first couple of weeks

Seems to me their goal is to shame women and impede their attempts to access healthcare.

If buffer zones are illegal, is it legal to protest outside the homes of judges based on 1st amendment rights?

Imagine thinking being required to protest outside a 10 ft buffer zone is considered a violation of your rights. Courts today are amazingly corrupt.

I wonder if these judges think federal law banning protests outside a judge's home is a violation of our first amendment rights.

    Good!

Progressives pushed abortion as population control for Blacks. I wonder if the GOP's commitment to life is why they won the Congressional elections on an increased Black vote.

Black Support for GOP Ticked Up in This Year's Midterms.

    upload_2022-12-31_16-30-10.png
Loving Mom Drawn To The GOP Pro-Life Commitment.

'Republican candidates were backed by 14% of Black voters, compared with 8% in the last midterm elections four years ago, according to AP VoteCast, an extensive national survey of the electorate.'

'In Georgia, Republican Gov. Brian Kemp more than doubled his support among Black voters to 12% in 2022 compared with 5% four years ago, according to VoteCast. He defeated Democrat Stacey Abrams both times.'

'If that boost can be sustained, Democrats could face headwinds in 2024 in Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, where presidential and Senate races are typically decided by narrow margins and turning out Black voters is a big part of Democrats’ political strategy.'

Dems lost 10 million votes between the 2018 and the 2022 mid-terms while the GOP gained millions. The GOP will gain the 1-5% improvement necessary to take all the close races as soon as they embrace early voting. Studies show that between one and five percent of those completely committed to voting on election day, "life happens" and for one reason or another, they do not end up voting. Early voting prevents that final day loss that is so critical in this era of close elections.

It's not surprising that the GOP's surge in the black vote matches the improving terrain for life in the modern electorate.

Good for these Courts Standing Firm for Free Speech and Expression!

isn't that exactly what a protest is? I would say be glad they don't protest like BLM does.
so protesting is interference that's the entire point of it. The buffer zones are unconstitutional not saying you can't protest getting that violates the first amendment.

"Medical" came about to treat illnesses/health issues. Unless it's ectopic, a pregnancy is not an illness/unhealthy. Therefore, medicine is purely being used as a contraceptive, because the people whose it's, "Their Body, Their Choice", just can't seem to make their choice before conceiving. Basic sex education, is, erm, basic. So it's one of two scenarios, those seeking an abortion are either just too stupid to comprehend basic sex education, or they understand sex education and use abortion as a contraceptive.

As for protests, people are welcome to go protest. Large numbers of protestors often initiates a crowd mentality that can all too often fall into violence.

LOL and What TF ....so pregnant women never see doctors? yes, every smart pregnant woman sees a doctor.
Why ? (the terribly uninformed ask )

    Because
Normal, frequent or expectable temporary side effects of pregnancy

      • exhaustion (weariness common from first weeks)
      • altered appetite and senses of taste and smell
      • nausea and vomiting (50% of women, first trimester)
      • heartburn and indigestion
      • constipation
      • weight gain
      • dizziness and light-headedness
      • bloating, swelling, fluid retention
      • hemmorhoids
      • abdominal cramps
      • yeast infections
      • congested, bloody nose
      • acne and mild skin disorders
      • skin discoloration (chloasma, face and abdomen)
      • mild to severe backache and strain
      • increased headaches
      • difficulty sleeping, and discomfort while sleeping
      • increased urination and incontinence
      • bleeding gums
      • pica
      • breast pain and discharge
      • swelling of joints, leg cramps, joint paininfection including from serious and potentially fatal disease
(pregnant women are immune suppressed compared with non-pregnant women, and are more susceptible to fungal and certain other diseases)
      • extreme pain on delivery
      • hormonal mood changes, including normal post-partum depression
      • continued post-partum exhaustion and recovery period (exacerbated if a c-section -- major surgery -- is required, sometimes taking up to a full year to fully recover)
Normal, expectable, or frequent PERMANENT side effects of pregnancy:

      • stretch marks (worse in younger women)
      • loose skin
      • permanent weight gain or redistribution
      • abdominal and vaginal muscle weakness
      • pelvic floor disorder (occurring in as many as 35% of middle-aged former child-bearers and 50% of elderly former child-bearers, associated with urinary and rectal incontinence, discomfort and reduced quality of life -- aka prolapsed utuerus, the malady sometimes badly fixed by the transvaginal mesh)
      • changes to breasts
      • increased foot size
      • varicose veins
      • scarring from episiotomy or c-section
      • other permanent aesthetic changes to the body (all of these are downplayed by women, because the culture values youth and beauty)
      • increased proclivity for hemmorhoids
      • loss of dental and bone calcium (cavities and osteoporosis)
      • higher lifetime risk of developing Altzheimer's
      • newer research indicates microchimeric cells, other bi-directional exchanges of DNA, chromosomes, and other bodily material between fetus and mother (including with "unrelated" gestational surrogates)
    Occasional complications and side effects:

      • complications of episiotomy
      • hyperemesis gravidarum
      • temporary and permanent injury to back
      • severe scarring requiring later surgery
        (especially after additional pregnancies)
      • dropped (prolapsed) uterus (especially after additional pregnancies, and other pelvic floor weaknesses -- 11% of women, including cystocele, rectocele, and enterocele)
      • pre-eclampsia (edema and hypertension, the most common complication of pregnancy, associated with eclampsia, and affecting 7 - 10% of pregnancies)
      • eclampsia (convulsions, coma during pregnancy or labor, high risk of death)
      • gestational diabetes
      • placenta previa
      • anemia (which can be life-threatening)
      • thrombocytopenic purpura
      • severe cramping
      • embolism (blood clots)
      • medical disability requiring full bed rest (frequently ordered during part of many pregnancies varying from days to months for health of either mother or baby)
      • diastasis recti, also torn abdominal muscles
      • mitral valve stenosis (most common cardiac complication)
      • serious infection and disease (e.g. increased risk of tuberculosis)
      • hormonal imbalance
      • ectopic pregnancy (risk of death)
      • broken bones (ribcage, "tail bone")
      • hemorrhage and
      • numerous other complications of delivery
      • refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease
      • aggravation of pre-pregnancy diseases and conditions (e.g. epilepsy is present in .5% of pregnant women, and the pregnancy alters drug metabolism and treatment prospects all the while it increases the number and frequency of seizures)
      • severe post-partum depression and psychosis
      • research now indicates a possible link between ovarian cancer and female fertility treatments, including "egg harvesting" from infertile women and donors
      • research also now indicates correlations between lower breast cancer survival rates and proximity in time to onset of cancer of last pregnancy
      • research also indicates a correlation between having six or more pregnancies and a risk of coronary and cardiovascular disease
    Less common (but serious) complications:

      • peripartum cardiomyopathy
      • cardiopulmonary arrest
      • magnesium toxicity
      • severe hypoxemia/acidosis
      • massive embolism
      • increased intracranial pressure, brainstem infarction
      • molar pregnancy, gestational trophoblastic disease
        (like a pregnancy-induced cancer)
      • malignant arrhythmia
      • circulatory collapse
      • placental abruption
      • obstetric fistula
    More permanent side effects:

      • future infertility
      • permanent disability
      • death."""""""""""""""""""

please never tell a pregnant woman she doesn't need a doctor or health care.....she may die...

    YUP, their CHOICE

Is that what you want? Are they showing "respect for life"
