What are you? Msm? First, you can support local police and be against the federalized law enforcement. Second, How is moving funds to other agencies equivalent to defunding.

The other agencies will still enforce the law. The goal is to protect the innocent people, which not only includes against criminals but also from a state and government that has too much power.

 

So who should enforce federal laws and statues? As far as the story goes, I'll wait for the actual evidence.

 

Desentalizing power to prevent corruption used to be a liberal idea but there isn't much liberal left in the left wing.

The progressives are all about centralizing power to the federal government so that they can control everything. They will be the party to bring CBDC as well. The only freedoms they support are ones like the right to kill the unborn and to get special benefits for being in one of the special groups that will vote them more power.
