not because he did any damage to this country and it's government in the 4 years he held office.
Trump undid nearly 250 yrs of US tradition with the false election, 1/6, and the documents alone.

Did you forget about this too.
    https://www.cnn.com/2019/12/06/politics/donald-trump-secure-phone-calls-impeachment/index.html
President Donald Trump has continued to use his personal cell phone to make calls, despite repeated warnings from his staff that the practice could leave him vulnerable to foreign surveillance, multiple officials told CNN.

I know this may be hard for you to hear, but he was indicted because he broke the law.
Now I understand your need to bring up Biden in a thread that is supposed to be about the charges against Trump, deflect, deflect, deflect.

The documents case out of Florida is as open & shut as it can get.

    1. He had the documents
    2. He was not authorized to have the documents.
    3. He refused to return the documents.
    4. He obstructed attempts to get the documents.

That's it. That's all she wrote. No other verdict than "Guilty" can reasonably be reached. The sooner the Trump sycophants accept this the better.

I think I have made myself clear for years now how the law is being applied to Trump in manners unique to and unequally applied and the investigations based on information known to be false and prosecutors lying to courts to get subpoena's and on and on and on.

If you want to complain about politicians being above the law then do so in the threads about the Biden's and how the DOJ was doing everything it could to NOT investigate and prosecute them to the point the top career investigators had no choice but to go public about it and become whistleblowers on the whole sordid matter. The law under the Dems/Left have NO trouble using it against Trump.

Eight years of bogus investigations and trumped up charges that would never be brought against anyone else, I think I have been rather clear about

The crimes he's accused of are trumped up stretch to a hair charges that no one else would be subject to.

    None have corroborated a CRIME.

Spare me the cherry picked grand juries and stretch interpretations of the law being presented to them.

This last one certainly was and they fell all over themselves doing it.

The fact is these charges are unprecedented and out of jurisdiction of a county prosecutor.

How would you correct this situation ? Legally and specifically to the 75+ indictments now pending. Or pick any one or two.

And for the purposes of discussion, please name one( or two) specific examples of "how the law is being applied to Trump in manners unique" .

And you can think all you want but you cannot show where Trump has EVER been held above the law while I can show where the Clinton and the Biden's most certainly have and you argue to keep them above the law such as the sweetheart deal we now know the DOJ officials were doing everything they could to cover it all up and not bring any charges AT ALL.

The entire Mar-a-Lago documents debacle is Trump being held above the law.

If anyone...and I mean ANYONE...else had been found with the just sheer amount of classified documents Trump was found with they would have been locked up.

They would not have been asked to return them, they would not have them subpoenaed. There would have been a search warrant and a trial...followed by jail time.

But no, Trump is treated with kid gloves over this stuff.

You should usually use kid gloves when dealing with adult men with very small hands...

This site how has 6, including some from today (no Rudy yet)

    https://nymag.com/intelligencer/article/trump-mug-shot-gallery.html

    Who's the scariest?

Eastman was the obvious early leader, but that Ray Smith guy looks like he's been in the yard before... creepy.

We should all plan on dressing for Halloween as our favorite seditionist...

He won’t learn that. Too many years of skirting the law. Don’t you know he is “Teflon Don”

Why should he be treated differently? I am sure there were plenty of photos of Al Capone but he still got mug shots taken

I quoted the facts regarding the purpose of mugshots. It's not necessary in the case of Trump. He's a well-known International figure. Your insistence that it's procedure is really besides the point. It's a simple question: Is it necessary?

What has done the most damage to this country, papers you think Trump shouldn't have had or Bidenomics?

Those documents didn't belong to him and he tried to cover it up. Anyone else would be in jail and isolation. His behavior broke a timed tested tradition, yet ironic MAGAs call others unpatriotic.

Biden had classified documents in the glove box of the corvette that nearly was lost when his home burned to the ground.

Pence too, and an Air Force general, they are all wrong. The one thing those other three did, when asked for the documents, they all returned them immediately. !!!!

Wasn't the damage already done? If they were involved in double naught spy work I'm sure they handed them over to their handlers quicker than they gave them to the govt.

One might also conclude that it was pretty common practice.

So now you are accusing them of spying. :)

Your flippant excuses for Trump will come to naught. I have every intention of reminding every MAGA of their so called patriotism.
