    Oh now isn't that rich well then list me all the convictions. Eight years and all you have are these stretched to micron thickness novel legal theories and rough local prosecutors especially at the county level.

    Yea Fulton County is just FULL of Trump peers, what did it vote 95% Biden and a grand jury only takes a majority.

    Everyone who and when what crime did they corroborate? I'm still waiting for you to point me to the crime in PHONE CALL, you THAT is what this is supposed to be all about and no one has shown one.

    You know what I will gladly concede that point to you because the only cherry picking that could be done in DC or Fulton county would even be cherry-picking it would trying to find that needle in the haystack Trump supporter and grand juries only need a majority vote.

    MY GOD MAN you didn't watch the sudden break in to the normal broadcast on a Friday EVENING and the sudden rush to get witnesses before the grand jury and them holding the grand jury into the night so they could rush a vote and the incredible posting of the indictment counts BEFORE the grand jury even voted.

    Challenging elections under the Electoral Count Act is CERTAINLY NOT illegal and not Unprecedented. This criminal charges are the HIGHLY unprecedented acts by government officials and it should scare the bejeebus out of you and everyone else. It is a classic perversion of the law, ever read Frédéric Bastiat, The Law?

    YES they are trying to get around the MATERIAL ISSUE and if you are going to start with those such charges remember no prosecutor would ever bring such charges, go ask Hillary Clinton and James Comey. Heck she even attempted to and DID destroy those government documents. And she DOES NOT come under the HIGH RIGHT of a President to their Presidential records.

    Please show us the statute that grants this "High Right" (whatever the hell that is) of a President to his Presidential Records.

    And remember, even if you show us this...remember that the charges against Trump has ZERO to do with "Presidential Records"

    Rudy has a plan that he tells Bannon.
    He's an agent (unpaid-no contract) of Federal Trump so he gets his case out of the state and into a federal court.
    Since many of the known name defendants will be able to go federal then the little guys who are defendants also get to go federal.
    The cases will then be dismissed.
    Rudy forgets that he also needs to pay lawyers.
