19 is a baby. The President of the United States should not use young women as sex objects. Why must you continuously excuse this misogynistic behavior?

 

Donald Trump - in his own words - said that he could abuse his status as a celebrity to get away with anything. He - in his own words - said he does the thing you accuse Bill Clinton of doing. Those were not jokes at all. They were a man confessing to the things he does.

Monica Lewinsky, even with hindsight and now older, says the relationship with Bill Clinton was consensual.

Bill Clinton is innocent until proven guilty. You used that same phrase in defending Trump. He has not been charged with rape let alone convicted. Or, in your America, are only Republicans entitled to the benefit of the presumption of innocence until proven guilty?

 

19 is a baby? So, would you be in favor of:
- preventing 19-year olds from owning guns?
- removing their right to vote?
- prohibiting them from serving in the Armed Forces?
- trying anyone accused of a crime under 19 years old as a minor rather than an adult?

There is an age of consent for sex. In some circumstances maybe that age should be raised when one of the participants is in a position of authority. That is a question of criminal law. I have never seen any suggestion (other than your completely fabricated claim) that what Bill Clinton did with Monica Lewinsky amounted to a crime. She had attained the age of consent and she says, even today, that she consented. What they did was not a crime.

And there are some circumstances where organisations prohibit certain relationships because they recognise there can be an abuse of a position of authority. That is not a question of criminal law but of the organisation's own internal rules. I do not know whether the President fraternising with an intern was a breach of any applicable rules. I have never heard it.

Your repeated assertion that Bill Clinton raped Monica Lewinsky is demonstrably false, scurrilous and defamatory. I guess for you that doesn't make any difference as long as you say something nasty.

 

Locker room banter vs a history going back decades of abusing women, well documented. Just because Bill Clinton, like Bill Cosby, has gotten away with it because they are powerful men, doesn't absolve them of their crimes/sins. You shouldn't excuse them either, knowing they are true.

You do realize that no adult and very few men after about the age of eighteen engage in that type of locker room banter. And the admission that he took a married woman shopping in order to try and have sex with her about nine months after his latest marriage is nothing more than Trump admitting the truth of his sleezy behaviors. After all it is on the record that he cheated on his first two wives. Now if that is the class of human you want to elect to the office of President that of course is your option. But to pretend that Trump has any class or any decency is just plain contradicted by his own words and his behaviors.

Actually I've heard quite the opposite. I've heard this is common with wealthy alpha males. Clutch your pearls if you must but get over it. It is nothing in comparison to the Clinton's long history of rape, sexual assaults, sexual harassment, and sexual affairs.

I don't approve of Trump's affairs nor Clinton's affairs. But in Trump's case, they seemed to have ended in divorce, I'm guessing that the marriage was on the rocks regardless.

Trump may not be a classy guy, but look at what is going on with the Clinton's! The defecation is hitting the fan regarding their corrupt racketeering enterprise. She has to step down and give this election to Tim Kaine.

 

I condemn him for using bad language 12 years ago with Billy Bush. He has apologized for it, so I forgive him for it as well.
