Which message do you mean? Lou Dobbs profusely spread the lies about Dominion macjines and Smartmatic software. Shouldn't he be help accountable for that? Along with the other liars who have cost them billions of dollars in business earnings?

LOL, you may be correct, Fox has a lot of garbage to clean up and having to defend a $2.7 billion lawsuit is quite an incentive. So Loony Lou is off the air while the Money Honey and Judge Box of Whine have undoubtedly been given their instructions from Fox lawyers. I don't know how much time is left on Dobbs' current contract with Fox so I don't know if & when he'll darken TV screens again, gawd he was just nuts - completely off his rocker.

Trump needs to be locked up for sedition. That's it. His failure to acknowledge the legitimacy of the election was an attempt to overthrow the government. Failure to hold Trump accountable for his words and actions amounts to setting a do nothing precedent that does not bode well for the Union. We've already had one Civil War by accommodating ideals that have proven detrimental to the Union and to the freedom of our people. I said it here before Jan 6th that he was in violation of 18 USC 2385. LOCK HIM UP.

I was discussing defamation suits, like those filed by Dominion and Smartmatic, which is what this thread is about.

 

I knew that he was a Turd from the time that he Schiest on John MCCain.

 

I knew he was a turd after living in NYC from 1993 to 2002.

 

I think that perhaps the failures of Trump's post-election lawsuits have relevance to the thread, since if any of them had had sufficient merit to advance they would have potentially given support to Crazy Lou's assertions. As such I think they are more relevant to the thread than any of the distractions being offered as counterpoints from our right honorable members here that support insurrection and sedition originating from President himself.

 

Of course not such as suit would be laughed at just like Giuliani 's suits that have about as much sustainability or credibility as his hair coloring.

 

So we now live in a world where free speech only applies to liberals, and everyone else is subject to a lawsuit for every word they say. What kind of a world is that?

Just wait until all of the law suits start coming against all of those people with blood on their hands who lied or knowingly spread lies [or refused to delete proven lies in spite of repeated reports] related to the pandemic. No doubt it will include criminal charges as well. In many cases this was nothing short of voluntary manslaughter, at a minimum.
