Fox News cancels Lou Dobbs’ show; pro-Trump host not expected to be back on air

Actually, it was a mini-series. I liked it very much.

 

I did too. Anya Taylor-Joy is a heartbreaking beauty who has this rare ability to convincingly portray a character whose humanity touches you in a truly poignant way. Additionally, the movie was more about the chess than the character without being either technical, ostentatious, or philosophical. Well done for television

 

Trump has encouraged a victim/grievance culture. In my opinion, the Proud Boys and the Boogaloo Boys, QAnon and all the other lunatic or hate-filled groups, need to grow the eff up and realize that NO ONE gets everything they want.

 

I can't imagine why not ... San Diego is a very pleasant place to live, with arguably the best climate in the country. I'd live there myself if I could afford to buy a home or even a condo there.

Most of the good writing, directing, and acting is in television these days. Hollywood tends to focus only on the 18-29 demographic, with "blockbuster" franchises based on comic books and video games. While I truly enjoy Iron Man and Wonder Woman, etc., in theaters, at home I prefer stories with more relatable and nuanced characters.

Anya was truly wonderful and I look forward to seeing her in other works.

Free speech doesn't require anyone to prove their claims. If it did, none of the liberals would be able to post here, and CNN would be barred from television. Free speech applies to us all, not just those who are of your own political persuasion.

Slightly off topic. Have you guys found the tv national news has become sensationalist since the arrival of social media.
Here in the UK the BBC used to be a no nonsense news program, now its written to wind you up.

Todays opening news headline, was "Scientists say vaccine doesn't work on new virus strain" Very worrying you might think.
Until you find out its a strain that only makes you mildly ill and the vaccine didn't stop you becoming mildly ill.

 

On cue they say " Q who ?".
