http://www.lifesitenews.com/news/fr...starting-a-network-of-pro-life-medical-clinic Great story on how tragedy, becomes a life's work. Notice the results once a woman is shown her own ultrasound. Amazing. Hopefully these clinics will spread throughout the 50 states and be a stark contrast to the darkness of PP.
You know what, that sounds like a great idea. Let's take an already difficult moment in a women's life, and then show them what they're going to kill. After all, she'll be smiling when she comes out knowing she saw what's she's going to kill.
a living hero this woman. It's great that those with abortion on their mind can see the baby before they choose to murder it. I'm saddened to hear that PP does not provide that service but instead just pushes the killing of the child.
If this woman had the integrity to make it plain she set up her clinic with the intention of persuading women not to terminate their unwanted pregnancy, I'd have more respect for her. She has a guilt complex and needs psychiatric help.
Crisis Pregnancy centers use ultrasounds performed by untrained technicians and read by untrained technicians to convince women not to abort. Yes, "propaganda" is the right term. http://rcrc.org/issues/medright_ultrasound_one.cfm Crisis pregnancy centers are using the new attention to ultrasound as bait to draw women into their centers and conduct ultrasounds for evangelical purposes or propaganda purposes. The woman who is the target of this misuse of ultrasound imaging is rarely aware of the purpose: to convince her she must bear a child rather than seek an abortion.... These stories and statistics have no scientific basis or support. No reliable study has measured the effect of ultrasound on a womans decision whether or not to bear a child, according to a search of literature and inquiries to research organizations, including The Guttmacher Institute. Vicki Saporta of the National Abortion Federation said that reports from abortion clinics with ultrasound equipment indicate that women do not change their minds about an abortion after seeing an ultrasound. She also knows of no study measuring womens response. In fact, some studies undercut the claims of anti-abortion advocates. One indicates that use of fetal sonography results in a higher rate of abortion when fetal abnormalities are detected
Wow, no she is trying to do the the right thing. Y giving women the information they aren't getting elsewhere. That is a good thing, not a bad thing.
Isn't it wonderful that this woman had the CHOICE .... Isn't it wonderful that she had the choice to open these clinics... Isn't it wonderful that she has the choice to lure women there to try to impact their choice... wouldn't it be terrible if we took away her right to make her choices?
I'm glad you agree. That's what i've been saying all along. Abortions are not just a simple medical procedure. They are not only traumatizing to the unborn, they are traumatizing to the mother.
LOL. I especially love when she says: Diddums! Why would she want to hear the heartbeat when she had already decided on an abortion? And how stupid to set up a clinic called 'Birth Choice' when no choice but birth is given!
The woman is only upset becauuse she rushed into her decision and didn't bother to consider how she might feel afterward. Its her own fault she feels so (*)(*)(*)(*)ty.
If she'd have asked to see the ultrasound, then they would have allowed it. She probably didn't ask. I doubt the people at PP threw her into the gutter afterwards. That is absurd. If she chose to sit at the side of the road afterwards, then that was up to her. Women do bleed after abortion, and are therefore issued with sanitary protection.
I doubt it was the abortion that traumatised her. She has mental health problems and is blaming the abortion. What would have happened if she'd decided against it? She had no home, no money, no partner and was mentally ill. I shudder to think.
This is exactly why that law was necessary. The only people who are afraid of an ultrasound are those who are afraid of the truth.
