    Trumpian style.

All US lawyers would be required to take a pledge to honor and obey Trump, those that refuse will be disbarred.

Well, that would certainly be an expeditious way to go about it...

Certainly, Trump wouldn't take people's word for it.... I imagine there would have to be some sort of physical pledge as well (tattoo, branding), just to be sure..

Perhaps the physical retention of a loved one for each lawyer for a year? Sort of a probation period?

That is the letter of the law with regard to racketeering, not about perjury or anything else. It is appearing her material charge is going to be some racketeering charge which is usually to do with a crime for a financial gain and I post the actual GA law spelling out what it must be to come under the racketeering law. The question remains what did he do that is on that list?

ROFL that was Trumps complaint that rules had been bypassed and changed by local officials and other problems with the voting. He was pressuring for a forensic audit of the ballots because he believed, rightly or wrongly, there were enough FRAUDULENT votes in the tally that would change the outcome to his favor. GO READ THE TRANSCRIPT. Then quote the parts where he violated a law.

Why can't Trump express his opinions about whether the guy should testify?

Did you ask your wife if she enjoyed your honeymoon night during the wedding?

Most of us will find out @ the same time and we'll let you know.

Also, if you don't think retaining the presidency was for his financial gain, you paid no attention to his income patterns between 2017 and 2020. I hope he brings that up in defense...

Maybe a slower entry and one that would kinda DNA bond them with Trump?

I'm on board with the tattoos and branding for their final indentured servitude pledge to Tampering Trump.

The 1st. initiation which would last 6 months and to be worn in court houses and court rooms and playing golf

    The lawyer bears the cost.

    His "stolen election" grifting.

500 million at the very least.

All his close cronies and politicians nationwide grifted off of his "election fraud".

Trump Georgia grand jury returns 10 indictments, no names revealed yet
    Source: CNBC

'An Atlanta grand jury on Monday night voted to issue 10 criminal indictments as part of an investigation of Donald Trump and allies of the former president for trying to overturn his loss in the 2020 presidential election in the state of Georgia.

The names of the indicted individuals and the nature of the charges were not immediately made public in Fulton County Superior Court.

But a cover sheet on the documents indicated that the grand jury did not vote against charging anyone whose name was submitted to them by prosecutors for possible indictment on Monday. Trump has said he expects to be indicted in the case.

After the grand jury voted, the indictments were taken to the courtroom of Judge Robert McBurney, who reviewed them silently to confirm they were all signed. “Everything went as it should have in front of the grand jury?” McBurney asked a representative for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. “Yes, your honor,” that representative answered.

Georgia's GJ meets on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Is Fani finished or is more evidence going to be presented to them?

When the historical comedy of the rise and fall of Trumpery is made, it could be a frothy keystone-kops-in-suits entitled "House of Victim Cards."

Richard Nixon’s former White House counsel John Dean has summed up the magnitude of Donald Trump’s latest criminal indictment with five words.

“It’s much bigger than Watergate,” he said.

The former president and 18 of his allies were hit with a total of 41-count indictment under Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) statute on Monday, for allegedly running a widespread criminal enterprise to overturn the 2020 presidential election in the state.

Lol, he was inconsistent about supposedly donating his salary, and no, he didn't lose money while in office. And most of the post is, again, not in English.

What could be bigger for the libs than preventing Trump from getting reelected via a trumped up (pun intended) political show trial? They certainly are scared sh**less of a fair election.
