His documents case is his worst legal scenario. There is really no defense you have when keeping government documents as long as Trump had them. He even admitted publicly that he was "too busy" to go through the boxes to begin with.
LMAO... who's the Governor now?? Kemp... WAS he on the call?? Probably as much as Comer was on his call with Archer.... FFS dude, there was a reason you were on my ignore for a year... It's all coming back to me now...
Every state has automatic recounts if the vote is too close per the state law. If there are discrepancies, then a lawsuit is presented to show the discrepancies, which may include fraudulent votes. There were three such lawsuits for the State of Georgia. None were found to have any. To conduct a forensic audit after the state vote has been canvased and approved is not proper procedure. And Trump demanding that they forgo those procedures is what is getting in trouble with the undue influence. The whole point is Trump wanted ot delay the result indefinitely with Georgia, it didnt happen with Arizona even though the state conducted four forensic audits and still found Biden had won. None of your arguments will hold water in any court of law. Not in Georgia, Alabama, or whereever.
That's probably true, but he has his most favorable judge in that one, so it may not end up being his "worst legal scenario" ATEOTD, they're all bad.... he's a criminal, soon to be indicted in 4 separate districts. You have to work pretty hard to get to that level of criming....
Well, she has not been exactly favorable to the Trump Team. Even putting the case on trial in May 2024, which Trump did not want. I think Trump overplayed his hand with the judge here when asking for the delay and put the GOP in a tight spot, a very tight spot. And we all know Trump only cares for himself and no one else.
When he’s told his info is wrong and he keeps asking. When the bank tells you you’re broke, you can’t demand more money
That might be true if this trial actually starts in May 2024... But she hasn't thus far been as obviously partisan as she was in the Document Master situation last fall. One can only hope a sentient being can learn from being shut down so forcefully.
Well, you sorta can, but you can't threaten the bank manager with prison if he doesn't provide more (and be in a position to make that happen)...
I do agree she should not have referred the documents to the Special Master when the documents were first seized, but the Special Master spanked her legally as well as the 11th Circuit, twice I might add. I do think she is inexperienced in trials such as these, but so far, with this case, I have not seen any favoritism. I think she is actively trying to avoid it, at least appearance-wise. If we look at the history of this case. The original court date was in November or October of this year. Then Jack Smith came in and said he wanted December. Trump then came in and wanted an indefinite stay until after the election. So, she decided on May 2024. I don't anticipate any more delays. I expect more pre-trial motions in March and April going over all the evidence to change of venue to whatever, mostly by Trump's team, but that won't delay the trial start date IMO>
I'm assuming you don't read what you post (nobody else does either) FYI, unauthorized means NOT authorized Final note, if you ask somebody to invite you to something, you really aren't invited... that advice could come in handy at party's and other events...
That case he might be to get it down to mishandling of classified documents, and that would greatly reduce his accountability. The federal election obstruction and the GA case, and now with the text message, removes all doubt about his accountability. IMHO. Of course anyone else, would already be doing time for the classified documents.
I don't remember the SM (Dearie) commenting in any way on his appointment or decisions made that impacted, or ended, his job. Do you have a link? I cannot find anything on that topic... I get the feeling he probably wanted to give her some ****, but I don't know if there was ever a proper forum for him to do so...
It was not his appointment, it was his decision. Even he questioined why in the hell was he doing this to begin with. But he pretty much knew what was and what was not government documents, which means he moved very quickly, something that Trump nor his lawyers anticipated. The main argument was that the state wanted the personal documents for review in case there is any damaging material. The judge, SM, agreed but gave a time frame, a very short time frame, and eventually they were returned to Trump via his lawyers. But I am going based on my memory here.
All of them are felonies. we have 32 of them under 18 USC 793e. That is not going to be a mishandling of government documents. Classified or not, they were government documents, he held them for more than a year, almost two years, knew he held them, and even tried to conceal that to the government that he had them.
High profile trial cases can go awry easily. Again that is a possibility, I agree Trump is guilty, whether or not he will receive a heavy legal cost can vary widely.
@realDonaldTrump ·7h Why is “Phoney” (Like in PERFECT “PHONE” CALL, get it?) Fani Willis, the severely underperforming D.A. of Fulton County who is being accused of having an “affair” with a Gang Member of a group that she is prosecuting, leaking my name in regard to a Grand Jury pertaining to Election Fraud & Irregularities that I say took place in Georgia. I made a PERFECT PHONE CALL OF PROTEST. What does Phoney Fani have to do with me? She should instead focus on the record number of murders in Atlanta! per·fect adjective /ˈpərfək(t)/ 1. having all the required or desirable elements, qualities, or characteristics; as good as it is possible to be. a : being entirely without fault or defect : FLAWLESS a perfect diamond b : satisfying all requirements : ACCURATE "life certainly isn't perfect at the moment"
Apparently its when you use a cartel of corrupt lawyers to Seditiously attempt to illegally influence and overturn the Georgia State Presidential Election. You’re welcome!
The interesting thing to me to follow is how Fani Willis, the DA of Fulton County, would be able to introduce evidence about a probable crime in another county (Coffee). I suppose that's the benefit of a RICO charge.... it ALL comes in, even if each individual action wasn't in your jurisdiction. That's one helluva powerful statute they have down there...
Tampering Trump forgot to call Fani Willis a "racist". lol Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump ·28m I UNDERSTAND THROUGH ILLEGAL LEAKS TO THE FAKE NEWS MEDIA THAT PHONEY FANI WILLIS, THE D.A. OF FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA, WANTS DESPERATELY TO INDICT ME ON THE RIDICULOUS GROUNDS OF TAMPERING WITH THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. NO, I DIDN’T TAMPER WITH THE ELECTION! THOSE WHO RIGGED & STOLE THE ELECTION WERE THE ONES DOING THE TAMPERING, & THEY ARE THE SLIME THAT SHOULD BE PROSECUTED. I MADE A PERFECT PHONE CALL OF PROTEST. WHY WASN’T THIS FAKE CASE BROUGHT 2.5 YEARS AGO? ELECTION INTERFERENCE! tam·per verb 1. interfere with (something) in order to cause damage or make unauthorized alterations. "someone tampered with the brakes on my car" 2. exert a secret or corrupt influence upon (someone).
It's now "FNCNN" lol OMG! Too too funny. "WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL THE FULTON COUNTY GRAND JURY THAT I DID NOT TAMPER WITH THE ELECTION." What? No mention of Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss? lol "OR FINDING OUT WHO THESE PEOPLE THAT COMMITTED THIS CRIME ARE. SHE ONLY WANTS TO “GET TRUMP.” I WOULD BE HAPPY TO SHOW THIS INFO TO THE G.J.' @realDonaldTrump ·4m I am reading reports that failed former Lt. Governor of Georgia, Jeff Duncan, will be testifying before the Fulton County Grand Jury. He shouldn’t. I barely know him but he was, right from the beginning of this Witch Hunt, a nasty disaster for those looking into the Election Fraud that took place in Georgia. He refused having a Special Session to find out what went on, became very unpopular with Republicans (I refused to endorse him!), and fought the TRUTH all the way. A loser, he went to FNCNN! Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump ·21m WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL THE FULTON COUNTY GRAND JURY THAT I DID NOT TAMPER WITH THE ELECTION. THE PEOPLE THAT TAMPERED WITH IT WERE THE ONES THAT RIGGED IT, AND SADLY, PHONEY FANI WILLIS, WHO HAS SHOCKINGLY ALLOWED ATLANTA TO BECOME ONE OF THE MOST DANGEROUS CITIES ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, HAS NO INTEREST IN SEEING THE MASSIVE AMOUNT OF EVIDENCE AVAILABLE, OR FINDING OUT WHO THESE PEOPLE THAT COMMITTED THIS CRIME ARE. SHE ONLY WANTS TO “GET TRUMP.” I WOULD BE HAPPY TO SHOW THIS INFO TO THE G.J.'
OTOH, Phoney Fani does have a ring to it ..... which makes sense because this poor man has to try and communicate with those dang bells echoing in his empty skull... His single undeniable skill... My top 5 Sloppy Steve Meatball Mr. Magoo (Sessions) Old Crow (McConnell) Phoney Fani Interestingly, 4 of those are Republicans....
The DoJ vs American Elections situation only highlights the problem of law-fare. The legal industry has long ago outgrown dog bites and public liability and now they want turn DoJ into the legal masters of what is American and what is not, who gets justice and who gets persecuted, and now having jumped the shark, decide who gets on the ballot and who does not. If lawyers et al are happy about the way Trump is being treated, they are not people a free country needs in its population. If Trump wins and is smart, he will gut the numbers of lawyers in America because from where I sit most of our country's lawyers are a menace.
I'm sure that's on his list of doom (even though he personally employs 2% of them), along with getting those 10 year olds back to work and dismantling all of those pesky printing presses... BTW, How would you go about doing that? Asking for a fascist friend...
