Garland sues SpaceX for not hiring aliens. Demands Musk hire them and give them back pay

So now the federal government, specifically Garland & Co, wants to tell private companies who they have to hire. Garland also wants Musk to provide back pay for those who were never hired.

Lat time I checked, asylum seekers and unadjudicated imigrants do not have a legal right to work in the US.

People in the US for asylum are not illegal under current laws. If you want them to be then you need to push for those laws to be revised.

As to Biden opening the border, why are there record numbers of arrests? Why are they being arrested if the boarder is open?

2. There's a legitimate thing called 'motivational fit.' If a candidate has a strong accent which makes him difficult to understand and there are other candidates just as or more qualified for the job, then they get the job. There are many other things that fall under motivational fit.

3. IF there are more arrests it's because the fishing is better if there are more fish in the pond.

4. Who the hell is Garland to tell Musk who he should hire? Musk obviously found qualified candidates to hire and he did.
