I am not the one of many who worry about the browning of America.
You are addressing the wrong post and poster.

Dirtbag Garland is as corrupt as he is stupid.

Elon Exposes Hypocrisy of Biden DOJ After They Target Him Over SpaceX Not Hiring 'Asylees'

The 'International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requires the hiring of U.S. citizens/permanent for companies dealing with things like rockets and military-grade technology. Musk pointed out how they would have been in trouble if they weren't complying with ITAR.'

Musk points out the corruption of dirtbag Merrick's politicized DOJ.

'SpaceX was told repeatedly that hiring anyone who was not a permanent resident of the United States would violate international arms trafficking law, which would be a criminal offense. We couldn’t even hire Canadian citizens, despite Canada being part of NORAD! This is yet another case of weaponization of the DOJ for political purposes.'

Is Dirtbag Merrick the most Corrupt AG or the Dumbest AG? Why choose?

'How ridiculous is it to get sued because you don't want to break the law?'

'The Biden Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is also targeting Musk's X platform. It's not hard to see that's at the heart of why they're going after him—because he's standing in the way of the political narrative that they can no longer control on X.'

The corrupt Biden Administration thinks its a crime not to kowtow to them. It's amazing that 84% of Democrats view Bribed Biden's corrupt administration as "ethical".

How corrupt is Dirtbag Garland's DOJ? It's as corrupt as Bribed Joe and Crackhead Hunter.

DOJ REQUIRES a recreation specialist to be a US citizen, but Musk is supposed to hire non citizens to work around military grade rocketry, in VIOLATION of ITAR!

If you want to pick a color for this country, why don't you choose a successful color? People are coming here to escape the horrors and persecution of brown countries (and other colors) or at least that's what we're told. If there are any rocket scientists among them, then perhaps they should stay in their own country and improve it.

Has any brown country put a rocket into space? The answer, and I just looked it up, is nope.

IOW, just more use of our corrupt justice system to persecute perceived political opponents.

It looks like folks are starting to approach their fill on the corruption of our intuitions. In our system it is the consent of the People that lends legitimacy to government.

Report: Weiss, DOJ Collaborated To Thwart Questioning From Congress. Weiss is just another one of the many scumbags in Bribed Joe's corrupt DOJ.

Trump set the precedent, no one needs to testify before Congress anymore related to the President while a President is in office

Our elected leaders have been losing control over the USG bureaucracy for a very long time -- there are just too many of them. Ask DJT.

"The people can never understand why the President does not use his supposedly great power to make ’em behave. Well, all the President is, is a glorified public relations man who spends his time flattering, kissing and kicking people to get them to do what they are supposed to do anyway.” Harry S. Truman

It was an illegal unconstitutional "Congress" select committee...The grown ups didn't want to play the childish games.....
    https://www.speaker.gov/leader-mccarthys-statement-about-pelosis-illegitimate-select-committee/

But don't worry @FreshAir..... the 1000 testimonies and 14 million documents owned by we the people and should be archived and were warned to preserve... well, some were not.....ooooopsie..... nothing like destroying exculpatory evidence that could be used in Trump's defense..

Looks like the Biden white house was involved..
    https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/23927253/82523-rep-loudermilk-letter-to-sauber62.pdf

    House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy:
“This committee is not conducting a legitimate investigation as Speaker Pelosi took the unprecedented action of rejecting the Republican members I named to serve on the committee. It is not serving any legislative purpose. The committee’s only objective is to attempt to damage its political opponents – acting like the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee one day and the DOJ the next.

“The committee has demanded testimony from staffers who applied for First Amendment permits. It has subpoenaed the call records of private citizens and their financial records from banks while demanding secrecy not supported by law. It has lied about the contents of documents it has received. It has held individuals in contempt of Congress for exercising their Constitutional right to avail themselves of judicial proceedings. And now it wants to interview me about public statements that have been shared with the world, and private conversations not remotely related to the violence that unfolded at the Capitol. I have nothing else to add.

“As a representative and the leader of the minority party, it is with neither regret nor satisfaction that I have concluded to not participate with this select committee’s abuse of power that stains this institution today and will harm it going forward.”

It might have helped if Trump wouldn't have appointed a bunch of the guys who took him out.

If he gets the nomination, I hope he taps DeSantis for AG.

    Tom Cotton for Defense Secretary.

Sure it doesn't. It is just a coincidence that every single person that has resisted them with any degree of success has either got audited, debanked, censored, arrested or sued. At this point the number of victims is in the hundreds so I won't bother listing them. This is hard power at it finest and make no mistake neocon Republicans are all in on this.... people like Mitch McConnell and Steve Scalise. Time to clean out the Republican Party and start hammering Democrats, Silicon Valley elites, MSM elites, etc... If populists don't get engage in lawfare where they have any power, they are going to get swept from the board.

Would not be surprised to see Musk either take a knee and begin censoring speech against the regime or alternatively end up being charged with crimes. If they are willing to do it against a ex-President, they will surely do it against Musk, Tucker, etc...

But please, can we all just agree that this has nothing to with the rule of law? This is powerful amoral interests protecting their own power and finances. Laughable that the American government would want the most cutting edge technology on the planet placed into the hands of unvetted foreign nationals (most likely Chinese) and would pursue a lawsuit to achieve this. They obviously don't want this. What they want is access to Space-X records (required by discovery) in order to find the crime that they can charge Musk with. Everybody and their mother knows this. If Musk doesn't play ball, we won't be talking about the illegal aliens that Musk didn't hire a year from now.... we will be talking about the documents that the federal government got access to via discovery and how they show Musk committed this or that federal felony.

What makes you skin color is the reason for success?
Explain how color is a factor.

    From a non racial point.

I responded to a poster who is worried about skin color and America becoming more brown.
And basically I responded with, so what.

    So what's your point?
Other than showing I don't care if it's browning and agreeing with me.

That was the post you responded to. The one he was responding to doesn't say anything about race either.

You inserted that. Its a phenomenon called "projection". I would keep a watchful eye on that were I you.

The United States, which doesn't have a 'color'. We freely poach talent from anywhere, be they nazis, japanese, people then classified as second class citizens, or any other nation or group on the planet.
We are successful because we are not limited by a dominant race needing to remain in control of things for some asinine idea that the color of their skin is what affords them success.
