It seems to cause you to misrecall things, or attribute to others positions that were not uttered revealing an opinion you yourself apparently hold.

    Dirtbag Merrick:

Musk's SpaceX Countersues DOJ, Says Case Over Refusal To Hire Refugees Is Unconstitutional
    [IMG]
'SpaceX said it has hired hundreds of noncitizens and seeks to "hire the very best candidates for every job regardless of their citizenship status."'

The Constitution seems to be entirely inconvenient to Dirtbag Merrick and Bribed Joe.

'the company said the case must be dismissed because it is being overseen by an administrative judge. The judge "was unconstitutionally appointed" and "is unconstitutionally insulated from presidential authority because she is protected by two layers of for-cause removal protections," SpaceX said.'

She wasn't appointed by Bribed Joe but by Dirtbag Merrick:

'U.S. judges are appointed by the president, but administrative judges are appointed by the U.S. attorney general. A 2022 ruling by a U.S. appeals court that found unconstitutional how administrative judges can only be removed by a board, whose members themselves can only be removed by the president.'

Dirtbag Merrick seeks to deny Musk his constitutional right to trial by Jury.

“Congress cannot eliminate a party’s Seventh Amendment right to a jury trial merely by relabeling the cause of action to which it attaches and placing exclusive jurisdiction in an administrative agency," SpaceX said, quoting from another court decision.

Mr. Musk: "U.S. law requires at least a green card to be hired at SpaceX, as rockets are considered advanced weapons and technology."

Interestingly Dirtbag Merricks Corrupt DOJ won't hire folks without at least a green card, either.

GOOD: SpaceX Countersues Hiring Discrimination Lawsuit By DOJ.

    Dirtbag Merrick blocked by Court.

'Musk said that SpaceX “was told repeatedly that hiring anyone who was not a permanent resident of the United States would violate international arms trafficking law, which would be a criminal offense,” Musk claimed. “This is yet another case of weaponization of the DOJ for political purposes.”'

'this is another case of “weaponization” by the DOJ for the sole purpose of politics.'
