Biden can't force conservatives to get vaccinated.

DeSantis made the threat so you have to ask him how he plans to grab the power of the purse. Common sense, which evades you, would suggest he is referring to whatever funds he might be able to control, like State funds. I told you TWICE that FL schools are funded from property tax (counties), sales tax (State) and Federal grants (federal government).
