There are no national statistics about illegal alien crime rates so any national analysis is impossible.

 

Ok, so based on your own logic, mr Biden should be jailed given that none of the border states are able, or capable of handling his flood of invaders. At least you agree, finally.

The border states are no better than NY, Baltimore, Chicago or any other place... actually worse because the conditions are the same and they are GROSSLY OVERCROWDED.

Technically it's a libertarian think tank, and like all think tanks, it produces pieces to please their donors. That's what the donors are paying for after all, even if they have to be deceptive to do it. As in this example I posted over a year ago:

You're not going to click and read that, so to summarize, The headline of the poll was very pro immigration (as is all Cato polls and studies): "Poll: 72% of Americans Say Immigrants Come to the United States for Jobs and to Improve Their Lives, 91% of Americans Welcome Immigration to the U.S., 9% Want to Shut Down the Border," But the pie chart it references reveals that 77% want lower immigration. Only 23% want more.

In fact, nobody can calculate with accuracy the crime rates of illegal immigrants or any other social group. unless they have reliable data on the size of the group, and we simply don’t know how many illegal aliens there are in the United States. A good proxy for that would be illegal aliens in federal prisons, which is about 11% of the total federal prison population.

 

That would still be short... not every crime is solved... not every criminal is caught.
