China is off the West Coast of America. I recall when a ship with infected victims was out to sea off of CA and Governor Gavin Newsom had the infected ship dock at Oakland CA and he sent the victims all over the country. That was a massive super spreader. Then also you had Gov Inslee of Washington and his nursing home scandal. He caused deaths too.
