The couple is denied a contract because one of them is a particular gender, if they were the opposite they could enter into the said contract. It is based on gender.

 

basic civil rights can't be denied based on gender. marriage limited to two opposite genders only, discriminates based on gender.

A homosexual does not fit the definition of a gender. Just because they were born with say a penis does not mean that they live like a man.

 

Gender has nothing to do with how one lives. Gender is what you are: male, female, and even some might argue eunch. Good Lord but it is shocking how uneducated some of you are.

6. Having a gold tooth
7. Be clothed in wornout blue jeans

9. Watching football and getting drunk on cheap beer (made in USA of course)
10. Using derogatory names in reference to homosexuals, Negros and other visable minorities
11. Despising Liberalism
12. Denounce Obama at every opportunity - born in Kenya, not American, and is a Muslim
13. Denounce all social programs (except unemployment insurance)
14. Knowing that University grads are really homosexuals who wont join the Army
15. Having a perverse love of country music
