    Why can't they do what they want? Is it illegal to be a homosexual??

    Who puts a gun to your head and demand such? You can accept it, or choose not to, it doesn't matter one iota. The world will continue to move on.

    Bull...think of drugs, society determines "socially accepted" drugs. Alcohol is ok, to a point...vs bust out some blow, in a random place booze is ok...and see how society determines acceptable paramaters.

    I dont understand the link ur making between sex and speech...

    Also, w/e consenting adults do is none of our collective business, whether its trading guns, weed or buttsex.

    I don't think he's talking about the legalities of homosexuality, but rather the reason why there are homosexuals.

    There are lots of reasons. Human sexuality is a huge topic that nobody really understands, except that it's pretty damn varied. For all we know, it's just nature's way of thinning out the herd.

    So you are saying that your employer is curbing your right to free speech, not homosexuals?

    You also know why your employer would do that, do you? Because they don't want to alienate other employees and customers. Here is the free market for you. You love it , unless you are on the receiving end of it. Then you whine.

    Is criticising homosexuals a 'proper' use of an employers time? The OP has made it clear he is upset that he can't (or thinks he can't) criticise homosexuals at work. If his employer considers this an 'improper' use of his time is that any different to kaepernick?
