He was nomadic, walking and living freely roaming like a free spirit. Some would say like a hippie. He spread love and peace to any and all who would listen. I just cant see how all of the portraits and paintings portraid him in white clothing and perfect hair. If he was truly the man as the Bible said, he would of been a rugged, callised heeled, sweat and blood stained clothed man, with less than perfect hair.

Could it be the Biblical "perfect lamb" prophecies that portrays Jesus as a man without physical fault?
I believe he was without spiritual fault but physical faults is against his testament.

I'm not an atheist. I do, however, have a sense of humor. :)

The OP asked a question, and no one has bothered to answer it. This is not a thread to post pictures of horrible looking people with no teeth. The OP asks how you view Jesus. Kindly stick with the OP and answer the question - WITHOUT the need for trolling.

    Thanks.

With all due respect, Mak, the way I view Jesus is in the image of Jeff Lebowski. Since most people might not know who that is, the picture was the best way I could communicate my vision.

And the way I view Jesus is portrayed in the pics I posted (including Jesus from The Big Lebowski).

I really don't appreciate being told how I should view something.

Your vocabulary and use of grammar is so restricted that you have to resort to images of other people other than the one mentioned in the OP, without giving any relational explanation?

The thread topic is "How do you view Jesus?"

i.e. how does each individual forum member view Jesus.

The images we posted were correct: they were legitimate, subjective responses to the question.

Apparently, someone shared a different view. The pictures were removed for a reason...

As to how I view Jesus... Just like the Bible describes him. Read the Bible and learn about the character named Jesus.

I view Jesus as the radical of his time who founded a peoples movement that is still an international phenomenon.

I view Jesus as one of a number of competing esthetic Jews who were engaged in resistance to the Roman occupation of Judea. Perhaps an Essene, perhaps a Zealot. Whatever his ultimate association he was executed in a traditionally Roman way for a crime of sedition against the Roman state.

So you have given your opinion.

I view Jesus as a sort of teacher. Kind of like confucius. A wise thinkng soul in which he applied his experience to life as equally relevant to what others are capable of.

'do unto others as you would have them do unto you'

Jesus claimed people can 'forgive' (turn da utter cheek),. In that lesson, do not do an act that is adverse just because you were imposed upon. ie.... if your car is broken into, do you lock it tomorrow.

Many consider jesus to be some dude that looks like me, which is funny in many senses. No one knows what jesus looked like.

Many can comprehend that what a person does is what makes them good but the first impression visually is often what creates a bias. Likewise, many seek to know what is good but when they initially see the good, if it contradicts what they believe, become offended, which is bad.

ie.... i know who i am but if i claim it, most think i am crazy

But if you want to live forever, i can share that, in fact:

good (actions you can cause to exist): support life to continue

    bad: loss to the common

i aint jesus and he is represented as i look

So when you view a depiction of jesus, remember they are not HIM that you are observing; they are representing a figure observed in prophecy of who is bringing what was promised, the understanding of life and how to live forever, equally!

I aint an atheist by the way. I walk within GOD (existence itself/mother nature).

jesus was a cool teacher and i agree, the good ones dont need things, as they will live in 'what they did/do'.

for example; if you teach a child to tie their shoes and they teach their children and theirs and theirs; are you alive in the whole chain (the tree............ of life)?
