    doesn't matter. your arguments are failing NOW. courts routinely dismissed civil rights cases in the past too. now they don't.

    dixon, at the very least, your argument is full of holes. You have something to say/ponder... but it doesn't hold up to full scrutiny; and that has been proven many times.

    Sure it matters. Thats why in 44 states, only heterosexual couples get legally married, NOW. And the states with gay marriage, have it based purely upon state law, not federal.

    state bans on same sex marriage have been struck down in FEDERAL court. DOMA has been declared unconstitutional in FEDERAL court.

    The Federal DOMA is the law of the land, applied in all 50 states.

    it was declared unconstitutional in FEDERAL court. it's making it's way through the judicial system.

    one of those pesky things they taught in 6th grade civics you were either absent for, or don't have the mental capacity to understand.
