Based on my experience, you get good and bad (mostly good) among all types of people. when there is a cultural and/or language difference you sometimes get misinterpretations/miscommunication which can negatively impact on how people see those of the other group, but in my experience most of these things can be sorted out. Its when someone clearly has a view that people of other groups/races are inferior to themselves, are inclined to cheat and lie etc, that it is really difficult to get around this. I hate having to deal with people like that in the real ... which makes me wonder why I come here sometimes ... I think maybe its because I don't have to be diplomatic to ********s here - just mind my language!

Within its early stages, Islam was HIGHLY tolerant and pluralistic. Jews were markedly better under Islamic law and than anything else, particularly Christian rule. This Islamic authority was an Islamic state also, so your idea that Iran somehow represents the only form of Islamic governance seems to reveal more about your ignorance than the reality of the subject matter. As I made clear early on, Jews have lived quite happily and proudly in Iran. Their mass migration was conducted overwhelmingly because of forces that had NOTHING TO DO with antisemitism - specifically, the creation of Israel and the prospect of better economic opportunities.
