When the First Lady misbehaves, we have a right, an obligation and a duty to call their misbehavior and their wanton, unbridled extravagance to everyone’s attention.

The same was also true with Lady Bird Johnson, Betty Ford, and Nancy Reagan!

 

I'm sure 90% of that $10 million dollars is secret service expenses, which sucks.

I do, however, support a person's right to go on as many vacations as they want during her life. It's a shame we can't deny her access to the secret service. I don't think her role as first lady warrants the expense.

I don't care about the alcohol, massages, and clothing because, most likely, those are the personal expenses mentioned in the OP's article. I'll leave that for Obama to (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) about.

A good part of the presidency is appearance and for the First Lady to spend $10,000,000 on 42 days of vacation in one year, especially at a time when unemployment is so high, is unconscionable.

Michelle Obama is like a spoiled brat in a toy store, running from shelf to shelf, grabbing toys that she expects other people to pay for.

Before people start saying I don't like Michelle Obama, let me say, you are right. I don't like her one bit. I wouldn't like any First Lady who had to take a seperate plane and have a seperate motorcade just so she could get to Cape Cod a mere four hours before her husband. I wouldn't like any First Lady who did the same thing when she went to Hawaii. I wouldn't like any First Lady who took just about every friend and relative she had on her trip to Africa. I wouldn't like any First Lady who spent a ton of taxpayer money on a trip to
Spain. In short, I don't like Michelle Obama.

 

It's easy to throw out numbers like 10 Million isnt it... Its less easy to back it up with something besides the other thread by Mac-7 that says "Some reports estimate 10 Million"...
