With regard to who's doing the Lion's share of air pollution that's China hands down so to worry about one person who's contribution to it doesn't make a hill of beans seems more political than conservationist to me.

I pointed out to her that her own country is a major supplier of coal. I do not see her running down her own country.

No, it is what science figures out that counts. (I hate phrasing it that way but it seems normal among the alarmists)

Let me start offering concrete suggestions.
I see problems and work on solutions, not on blame.
CA must convert some mountain valleys into huge reservoirs. CA should go back and finish the reservoir they had started around the Placerville, Area.
CA must work with States north plus even Canada to make use of pipelines to bring in more water. Ca should embark on a crash program to add more desalination plants. CA must end the war on Hetch Hetchy and look into and implement systems to do more recycling.

Where I Moved to, Idaho, we have plenty of great water now. For the future since Idaho is growing faster, this state also has to embark on using the mountain valleys as reservoirs. Idaho has a good system now so I suspect they will keep adding to it's systems. Idaho would be smart to also use pipelines to import water from Canada.

I am more interested when modeling suggests concrete solutions. Models should be thought of as range of problem descriptions. Not as this is what you face forms of argument.

For those not familiar with Hetch Hetchy, it is a bit North of Yosemite in the same general area of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
This is Before filling with water and after filling with water.

So have left wing billionaires and there's more of those than there are right wing ones.

I think her name is Joy Reid and rather than reporting news, she is into politics on a massive scale.

The KOCH brothers when both were alive followed a rule I learned in Real Estate.
Be in politics since it is in you.
Politicians run around interfering in our lives. If we want to use the automobile, politicians demand it has an electric motor. I don't want one.

Yes and there is a whole big report from the IPCC on mitigation. Did you not realise that? There is also one on impacts, adaptation and vulnerability. The science IS there the only people who don’t seem to know that are people coming on the internet griping about how “science isn’t looking at the right stuff”

The IPCC is what the politicians and world governments are using to inform themselves about what is happening and what to do about it - if you want to talk on this subject you should at least read summary reports

Ah! Dismissal! You posted so fast I KNOW a you did not watch it all the way through - especially the bit about hoe polling shows that even the most fervent anti democrat hates the idea of dark money influencing politics

Not hands down - we are all to blame and ask yourself this - where do you get your cheap imports? What many countries did was outsource our pollution (and yes Australia is also to blame). China has spent the last decade promoting its “belt and road” initiative where it has been almost giving away coal fired power plants to third world countries for political and economic favours. So how do we stop that?

No I do not. But keep sweating at we Americans who love our country as is.

I put her back on to try to hear more. She sucks. She had on Sheldon Whitehouse a devout Socialist. Sheldon loves Government. She loves it too.

Then check out the Koch brothers on the internet there are plenty of sources backing what she is saying. Their funding practices and dark money support for denialism is very very well documented. I know you will just dismiss everything I post so I suggest you do a quick google for yourself - a ten minute search should do it
