I mostly work in the petrochemical industry, and I think the environmentalist viewpoints have been hijacked to attack the petrochemical industry.

Have you noticed how electric cars are magically green despite the materials they need to be made and the waste they produce?

Why would people of a certain political viewpoint want to hurt the petrochemical industry? I presume because they donate to people that are opposed to that political viewpoint. Money motivates everything to think that it doesn't is foolish.

I like conservation and caring about the environment I was a boy scout. That's why I take issue with it being hijacked for political reasons.

Have you noticed the only solution that people propose is government power? I personally hate litter and making trash I don't need the government to make a law about that I just filter my own water and use mason jars carry it around if I want to have water with me. It's also more economical.

When people attack the petrochemical industry, they attack civilization and the march forward for humans.
I too was a Boy scout who also is very environmental minded and do not want to snuff out mankind. I believe the Alarmists truly would snuff out mankind to preserve some forms like Corals.

Definitely that is true. This water here is very good to drink. Despite that, my son installed our own water purifier. He is divorced and enjoys his own grand kids. We only use purified water to eliminate what the city does not remove. Since he lives by himself, he wanted me to move here to join him for the company.
