I didn't watch the Town Hall so I am going on just what you have presented but does that mean the E. Jean Carrol can sue CNN for a billion dollars because they put Trump on air and he slandered her and repeated the same lies? Did the host correct him after he said it or was he just allowed to tell his lies? Even you said they should have cut the interview at that point and apologize so do you think CNN is liable?

Of course, in order for Dominion to sue Fox News they needed to demonstrate that there was a premeditated effort to LIE. Which , of course, they did prove. That’s a whopping 26% of independents who would either vote third party against both Biden and Trump or not bother to vote at all since they detest the choices most probably will be given to them. This reminds me of 2016 when independents disliked both Trump and Clinton, not wanting neither to become president. 8 million folks voted third party against both Trump and Clinton, who knows how many stayed home not bothering to vote. Probably quite a lot as the voter turnout for 2016 was at 54% vs. 62% for 2020.


I say give Trump all the airtime he can get. Let Trump be Trump, let Trump remind the voters why they disliked him much in 2020. That may be the only way Biden can win.

He's not going to go to prison for lining them up. He's going to prison for stealing them. The legal system might be a bit perplexing for you to grasp, but this is an element that prosecutors needed to prove and, by saying this, Trump has provided the evidence they needed. I'm not going to make it too complicated for you by trying to explain how bad that is for Trump, but just be aware that it is important and it's not good for him.

Not proven at all. We had a civil case decided by a preponderance of the evidence where the biased judge allowed all the testimony he could against Trump while denying Trump a fair trial. The case will be appealed and hopefully retried with a fair trial in a fair venue.

And they do. Of course they do. They are for profit businesses. They care about profit and therefore ratings above all else, including the truth. And yes, sometimes reporting the truth can be profitable and lead to ratings, and other times it is the opposite. This should not surprise you. Profit driven means they will tell you whatever they profit from telling you, true or not.
