Not possible. If they weren't here illegally those crimes that they committed would not have happened. If no people were involved, then the crimes would not have happened.

I know what you're doing. You're trying to separate the concept, from the consequences. But you can't. Because the two are inseparable. Because it is the one that begets the other. If the one didn't happen, then the other would not happen. But the one does happen, and as a result, the other happens.

Neither changes the gist of your argument. They are only dangerous if they are the most dangerous according to your logic.. As far the reasoning that they have not yet performed a terrorist act, that ranks among the most absurd statements I have heard in a long time. The fact that they are a known terrorist means that they have the capability and willingness to perform further terrorist acts. There is a scale which shows the likely hood of an event plotted against the damage such an event can cause. Generally, it is considered more dangerous to have a situation with a small likelihood of success, but with a potential for a high level of damage than to have a situation with a high likelihood of success but with potential for a low level of damage.

I posted a study that shows that in Texas, illegal immigrants commit fewer crimes than US-born citizens.

In three pages, you haven't contributed anything that would refute the data in that study.... probably because you were too lazy to read it.
