    which is not a necessarily a bad thing, the responsible drug and alcohol users way out number the irresponsible ones

    I do, I was young once too.... I assume you speak from inexperience?

    I was one of the many lucky enough not to have been harmed by the war on drugs..... which do way way way more harm then the drugs themselves ever could
