In the past the IQ tests used were developed by people who in reality were not all that smart! LOL!!!

You see there is a vast amount of different forms of Intelligence and past I.Q. Tests gave an unfair advantage to those who were educated as KNOWLEDGE DOES NOT DETERMINE INTELLIGENCE LEVELS ON DIFFERENT TYPES OF INTELLIGENCE.

There is your basic I.Q. Test that has been developed to test an educated individuals Analytic Intelligence.

There is also Creative, Social, Empathic, Emotional, Metal Visual and many other forms of Intelligence that such I.Q. TEST CREATORS simply were not smart enough to take into account when developing their tests.

As an example the Cattell–Horn–Carroll theory that detailed there were two types of cognitive abilities in a revision of Spearman's concept of general intelligence....WAS COMPLETELY BLOWN OUT OF THE WATER IN 1969 when in a Battle of Theories by Shumman and Ryan took place as Shumman showed an Multi-Colored Geometric Puzzle to an African Bushman on a piece of paper and the Bushman took that paper and within 30 seconds used it as a spark catcher to hold shaven wood tinder to start a fire for the three very cold men as it get's very cold at night in the desert.

I.Q. tests in general are flawed.

I tested almost off the chart but I understand that this I.Q. test that was mandatory in High School when I was a Jr. means very little as everyone is good at something.

They absolutely will continue to grow. There is no genetic explanation for whites and asians being technological.. it has always been cultural. Blacks in university environments can perform just as well (African immigrant blacks outperform every other ethnic group in University).

We don't have the genetic expression for West African muscle and bone structure yet, I said that, but the article clearly shows the phenotype is part of their genetics. Put it another way, the fact that all short distance record holders are West African absolutely destroys the notion we are all the same all over the world. That would be statistically impossible if you were right, there is no way you can squirm out of that inconvenient fact.

It's that science is not able yet, we simply don't know that genetic expression. Saying it isn't there is ignorant until proven.

 

one problem with your story, those so called alternate IQ tests do not translate to anything useful in our current society while traditional IQ tests still correlate pretty well with academic and economic ability.

 

We are not physically the same all over the world as dependent upon the development of technology in a culture or the environment a group of people live in with determine physical tributes.

When a tribe that has been living in Africa has been hunting very much the same way Humans have for the last 10,000 years has their lags and ass muscles compared to your average group of Western Civilization TV coach potatoes...well such a difference is obvious in it's origin.

Well...it is not a story these are FACTS.

And you are wrong....Creative Intellect is VERY useful in everything from Computer Graphic Design to Clothing and other Style Trends.

Social Intelligence in a MUST for those who are leaders in either the Public or Private Domain.

Emotional Intelligence is necessary for Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Teachers, Counselors....etc.

And on it goes.

But the people who have high levels of Intellect in MULTIPLE FIELDS...such as High Levels of Intelligence in Analytic, Creative and Mental Visual....well...such people are called Theoretical Physicists and Cosmologists.

I've never taken an IQ test, but I consistently test in the 99th percentile in other tests, like the ACT, ASVAB, Air Force skills and knowledge tests, etc. However my social skills suck! I'm not smarter than anyone else, my smarts are just compartmentalized in different areas. I've always been amazed at others' humor and social skills while out at parties or clubs. Even if they score low on written tests, I consider them just as smart as I am, just in different ways.

 

It isn't proven because it isn't a physiological difference. Your previous examples were physical traits. Brain studies so far haven't found any physical differences between races. Races are not sub-species. Race in itself is a social classification from perceived physical differences. The only "true" races are Black, White, and Asian. However, we know just from three race theory that there are large variations within that. Humans do NOT have sub-species or anything close to it. The racial differences you will find are just too subtle.

Emotional intelligence and such things are pretty squishy concepts, and you obviously don't know many theoretical physicists. They tend to be rather emotionally different shall we say politely.

Cranial capacity doesn't indicate intelligence, however.

 

Cranial Cavity size has been shown that the larger the cranial cavity thus the larger the brain the lower the intelligence.

Neanderthal as example had a MUCH larger brain than Homo sapiens.

REASON....just like a new smaller computer....Humanity was able to evolve a denser neural capacity capable of greater mental ability and intelligence than a more ancient larger brain human who had no where near the density of neural connections.

In Humanity....SMALL CRANIAL CAVITIES MEANS SMARTER PERSON!!!

I respect the hell out of their work, but man can some of those guys be insufferable. I know of a professor, who only takes Christmas day off, that's it, one day a year. Imagine the evolutionary pressure....

 

my neurologist friend confirmed with me skull size is irrelevant to intelligence, genius is found in all ages, gender and sizes...he says the only relationship to intelligence seems to be the folds/wrinkles of the brain(surface area) and possibly the number of connections between the two halves of the brain..

I have posted this a few times but I will do so again.

Because of what I do...I am Physically Fit in the EXTREME and I run EVERY DAY....snow, rain, wind...etc....11 miles one day and 6 miles the next and I ABSOLUTELY HATE DOING IT!!!

I also weight train using free weights and machines and I AN NEVER SICK!!!

I have a Black Cat...little...SOB!!! But I love him.,,,and I will explain why my Cat fits into this.

One day.....a few years after New England Patriots Line Backer Teddy Bruschi had a stroke....as he had symptoms but being a man who was so physically fit he disregarded his symptoms and when it got worse he went to the Hospital and found out he was having small strokes....he ended up OK but had to have Heart Surgery as he had a hole in his heart.

Anyways....I am in the conference room of one of my Families companies and I start getting dizzy. I think to myself...Gee...my blood sugar level must be low as I haven't eaten at all today....so I get up and the ENTIRE ROOM STARTS SPINNING AROUND AS I DEVELOPED VERTIGO!!

Now for those of you who have never had vertigo...you are sitting or standing still and for some reason THE ENTIRE ROOM OR ANY VISUAL THING AROUND YOU STARTS SPINNING!!!

It is an UNBELIEVABLE nauseating feeling and remember I have been shot multiple times at close range.

So...I start thinking about Teddy Bruschi and his Stroke...my Family comes in the room and my Mom is Freaking so they call an ambulance and send me to the Hospital.

When you have vertigo you can't walk or even keep your eyes open...it is awful and since I an NEVER SICK...I am thinking maybe some of the crazy JOB related injuries have finally caught up to me etc...etc...etc.

I go to the ER and a very pretty Female Doctor is assigned to me and they take a CT Scan of my brain.

This Pretty Doctor comes back and say's..."We have to do another scan to check something out as we think the first scan is blurred."

NOW....I AM REALLY WORRIED!!! Another CT Scan....Blurred? I never moved a muscle during the CT scan! I just KNOW...they are going to come back and tell me I have a tumor or I am having a stroke...etc.

Then this Pretty Female Doctor comes back right with a female nurse after the scan and say's we are waiting so while we wait I want to do a full body check to see if there are any contusions or sores or any rashes that could be indicative of a allergy.....so as worried as I am I say....OK...good idea.

So I strip down nude and both of them check me from the bottoms of my feet to my scalp and both say...nothing here.

Then the female Doc put's on a LATEX GLOVE!! LOL!!! And not that I am a prude and I do have an extremely in shape muscular body as it is needed for what I do....but I say to her..."You could at LEAST by me dinner before doing that!"

So after all this is done and blood is drawn...this Pretty Doctor comes back and looks at me and say's...I need to ask you a few questions...and I say...OK. She say's....we noticed the gun shot wounds on your body....did you also have any glancing bullet to the head injury? I said no.

She say's..OK....now this might sound weird but answer truthfully. I say...OK.

She ask's me...are you left or right handed or are you ambidextrous? I say....I use my right for some things and my left for others so I guess you could say I am ambidextrous. She say's...OK.

She asks me....Are you good in Math and Science or are you Good in Art and other creative things? I say...BOTH. I hold multiple degrees that cover both analytic and creative specific fields.

She say's...OK...now we are getting somewhere! She ask's....are you a lucid dreamer or do you find it impossible to remember your dreams? I tell her I KNOW ALWAYS when I am dreaming and I can change the condition of my dreams.

So this goes on for a while....and she tells me...."There is an unusual Virus going around that is carried by Felines or Pet Cats and although Intersperses Viral Transfers are rare and usually very dangerous and even FATAL as is such things as in the past....SWINE FLUE and BIRD FLU.....this Feline Domestic Cat to Human Viral Transfer is just a real pain in the ass for anyone who get's it like you so I will write you a few Rx's and it will take about 4 to 5 days for the room to stop spinning on you!

I said...GREAT!! I really was worried when you had to take a 2nd CT scan...by the way...why did you have to take a second scan and why all the questions?

She said....the first CT scan we thought was blurred and then after taking the 2nd scan I realized that you have an incredible number and density of Neural connections existing between the Left and Right Hemispheres of your brain.

She said that no one at the Hospital had ever seen anything like it and my ability to use both hands and be good at math and art and have in general the ability to have my conscious mind interface with my subconscious mind probably explains my ability to remember a HUGE amount of information.

So...your friends right.

also ambidextrous... and can control my dreams, no one believes me so finding someone else who can relate is cool...and I absolutely suck at math...

 

I can't spell and can never remember where I left my sunglasses.

But I am off the chart in Mathematics and Physics.....specifically Quantum Mechanics and Multiversal Theory.

One memory game that I play is when I am in the field we remember a Plan by either turning it into song lyrics to a popular song....or this other memory exercise which I ALWAYS WIN.

It starts by saying something and then the other guy's playing must repeat what I said but every time they complete a repetition more is added.

It goes like this.

I say...One Hen...they repeat...One Hen.
I say...One Hen...Two Ducks.....they repeat...One Hen...Two Ducks....
I say...One Hen...Two Ducks...Three Squawking Geese...they repeat...One Hen...Two Ducks...Three Squawking Geese.

Now this keeps going on and I have gone all the way to 134 verses that get progressively longer.

I will list out 10.

1 Hen.
2 Ducks.
3 Squawking Geese..
4 Limerick Oysters.
5 Porpulent Porpoises.
6 Pairs of Don Arvazels Tweezers.
7 Thousand Macedonians dressed in full battle array.
8 Brass Monkeys from the sacred ancient crypts of Egypt.
9 Lyrical, satirical, miracle, diabolical daemons of the deep who quay and query till their hearts grow weary.
10 Sympathetic, diabetic, orthopedic, incontinent old men on roller skates who have the marked propensity of being procrastinating examples of near sighted slobs.


Now.....just like the 12 days of Christmas....every verse must be repeated by players every time a new one is added and the person adding must say all previous lyrics before adding.

And each additional lyric must be longer than the previous one....and I have gone up to 134 verses.

I also have a tendency to have so much on my mind I will walk into a room and not remember why! LOL!!!

But I also have this....thing...I am capable of. I can't remember where I put something down 5 seconds ago but for some reason I retain EVERYTHING...and I mean EVERYTHING.

This is one of the skills I was Highly Recruited for as I can subconsciously retain everything as everyone's subconscious is like a recording computer but the trick is to be able to ACCESS the information.

You see EVERYTHING that a persons senses detect is stored as data by the subconscious. Say you are walking on the beach and you are looking at the butt of some really hot girl but right next to her is some overly hairy guy reading a book.

Now...your conscious mind completely ignores the guy NEVER MIND the book the guy is reading...but your SUBCONSCIOUS records all the data of that moment of sight, sound, smell, touch, taste and thoughts.

Thus for some unknown reason I can access such a moment and know what page the guy was on and what he was reading and what hand he was holding the book in...etc...all because out of the corner of my eye my peripheral vision was able to see all these things and although my conscious mind has no recollection my SUBCONSCIOUS which has recorded EVERYTHING...is something I can periodically access.

I have zero powers of observation lol. I can walk out of a room, and not remember a single article of clothing that anyone was wearing. I also haven't even remembered a portion of a dream, much less a dream, in years. Not one. I am an outstanding speller. But like you, I forget little things all the time. I guess I'm just saying, the variety of human minds I encounter are fascinating. And to the OP, that includes Africans, South Americans, and Middle Easterners.
