As for 'critics', Those who collect and buy art, and museums and galleries willing to stake their reputations on showing them are the only critics that matter.

Tony Bennett, who is every bit as famous as Hunter Biden, Bennett's paintings sell in the $3,500 - $5,000 range, and I couldn't find one that sold for much more than about $15k. Most of Bennett's art is mediocre, though his paintings of jazz artists are very good, especially the one of Mickey Rooney is very good, I thought. Hunter's art is selling in the $500k range. Fame will open doors, but it won't bring home the bacon. That takes TALENT.

I've seen tons of art in my life, and in my opinion, I think Hunter Biden has talent.

For SEC, you need to be specific, because such requires it and the reason is, it may or may not be true on an SEC registering requirement, depending on the specific facts.

So, specify what are the facts, and how do SEC regs pertain to those facts.

So, if you can't do that, any mention of SEC will be ignored.

As for FARA, Weiss isn't charging Hunter for it, that's all I know.

Donald Trump tried to overturn the results of an election. Right-wingers gloss over that so often they don't even think it's a major event or that it even happened anymore but it was and it did. If you want to call things like the NY civil trial witch hunts, that's fine. But any proceeding that has to do with his attempt to change the results of a lawful election that he lost is of the utmost seriousness. And I think Trump defenders who routinely make light of it or ignore it altogether are far worse for the country than anything they've accused the justice department or the Biden administration of doing. Especially because those same people want us to pay all the attention to Biden and his family and no attention to Trump.

THAT seems to the new accepted process, of both parties and many of the people who speak for and defend them. Pay attention to the other guy, but not our guy.

Taking 24 million from 5 foreign nationals requires a FARA registration.
Weiss has nothing to do with it.
And Weiss isn't the only person who can charge Hunter either.

If Hunter is going to claim he was managing 24 million for investment funds he is required to file with the SEC.
