I told you people you can use any source you want for this issue. We have decades of IQ tests use any one you wish.

Here is the average black IQ per state from 2019. Not all states are there but most. Based on this link mean IQ for blacks in the country is 87.5. So you tell me what you think the average inner city person's IQ is.

It's true. Your party thinks blacks are too dumb to obtain a photo ID but then you get all bothered by actual intelligence tests that indicate they are not as smart.

They aren't managing my portfolio and I doubt they are managing yours. How would you lessen their influence? Perhaps they shouldn't vote. Perhaps they need their speech limited? Should we round them up? I know, if IQs in rural areas are higher as you inferred, we could move them there.
Your premise is flawed the study you quote doesn't make sense to me that the average intelligance of any large group of people is 30 % lower than average. This would rank more than half the people who live in Baltimore as retarded.
You are still very strong in you're assertions and yet seem to offer or hope for solutions.

To start you can stop implying that I want to destroy or suppress anybody's freedom that is what you democrats want to do to me because I'm a white male. Your party is not even shy about this.

I'm talking about how people vote. We as a country should not be taking our marching orders from morons. I do not hate anybody. Jazz is the greatest art form ever invented and it comes from our cities and black and brown people. Still I do not believe we should be making domestic policy based on the opinions of stupid low achieving people.

Whites living in our inner cities are not bright either. It showed an average IQ of 86 for them. Suburban whites had an average IQ of 99. The subject of this thread is inner city intelligence. It is not just blacks who are cognitively challenged.

I showed another link that indicates a mean IQ for blacks at 87.5. Some studies are lower than that. Ok so if inner city people score lower than that what would you say that is? 80? I'm fine with that.

 

I read a study once where they estimated that an IQ of 115 or higher was needed for the higher paying professions. Science, technology and finance.

There are only 800,000 blacks in the USA who have an IQ that high. Go down this list of professions and see how many professions would be difficult for inner city people. The lowest one, the 200th profession listed is dishwasher and the average IQ of them is 87.

So we have entire cities of people in this country who are not much more capable of doing anything other than manual labor. And some are not even suitable for the army.
